The food and service were good. *I am amending my rating from 3 to 4 stars because in all fairness, we had just come from a vacation where we ate at some high-end restaurants, so the bar was set high. My husband enjoyed his pizza and I had a really good salad here.

As for the pizzeria, this place is good. It looks more like a restaurant. Very nice service, ability to customize the order, the meal was served very fast.

We absolutely loved our experience in Boston Pizza (Edmunston branch). We had a stop at this place on the way back home from Montreal, QC to Halifax, NS. I only realized that I had left my purse at this restaurant when we were 400 km away! I called the front desk immeduately and spoke with the manager! He was super nice and agreed to ship the purse to my address! I received a package two days later including my purse and a complimentary jersey. They also refused to take the shipment costs!🥹🥹🥹
Hands down the best restaurant experience I ever had. Defintely recommend this place, the food, ambiance and staff were also amazing!

Waited 18 minutes as servers walked by and ignored us. Couldn't even get a glass of water, let alone order food.

We went eat at Edmunston NB location twice. Ribs, mash, garden salad, service, everything was top notch perfect. BUT, only issue both times is the steak. I ask for it to be well well well done. Make sure it's dead. She laughed. But the kitchen keep giving me a steak with red or pink inside. I hate it. Waitress very friendly it's really not their issue. It's in the kitchen. I wish they knew what well done means. Other than that, I'd give 100% overall

It was standard Boston pizza. Pasta portions are usually large enough to take away to have lunch the next day.
I had another great experience for dinner. Lisa and the other lady at the bar were extremely helpful and friendly. Will be back very soon, maybe for Lisa’ birthday. Lol

As you can see...they only comment on the positive reviews...never address the negative ones and make sure that customers will have a good experience...that's why we will never go back and make sure to tell as much people as possible to Not go to that place.

So disappointed. We just drove for 11 hours from Ontario, got to our hotel and ordered (it was 10 minutes away but we had too much driving and just wanted to relax) ANYWAYS, we paid over 85$ (gave 100$ total to delivery before we were able to really see the food) and the only thing even remotely warm was our gravy. Tacos I had were stone cold. My garlic fries came as one solid clump. My husbands rib combo was also cold to touch. We waited over the said time, the driver was very kind, but our food is cold.
Unfortunately not a great impression after such a journey and we cannot enjoy our meal as intended. I get we could have picked it up but the fact is we were delivered cold food.
