In a strip mall food was dry and they didn’t give anything to eat with or ask about if I wanted anything with it like salt pepper ketchup. It was like here now get lost.

We stopped at St-Hubert during a long road trip and the food was excellent! classic rotisserie chicken done just right: juicy, flavorful, and served hot. The fries were crispy, and the signature St-Hubert gravy pulled everything together beautifully.
The service was fast and friendly. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and our food arrived quickly, which is a huge plus when you’re trying to stay on schedule.
The ambiance was clean, cozy, and welcoming — a step above your average roadside stop. There’s plenty of seating, and the atmosphere is relaxed, making it a great place to stretch your legs and recharge.
