Wow since they moved to grey rock under the new immigrant owners this place used to be the best place in town now its the worst food there donair is real bad the quality of vegetables is below standard overpriced don’t go there !!!

Ordered online. No cheese on pizza. Got cheese on pizza. Had to explain to the cashier what no cheese meant. Smelled really bad of cigarette in the pick up area. I asked the cashier another question and she proceeded to ignore me.

We have moved away from the Maritimes and drove back for a visit. We love Grecco and while we were in Halifax, we ordered from the Dartmouth Greco and were disappointed by the donairs.
Driving back to Ottawa and stopped in Edmundston for the night. We decided to try one more time and we are so happy we did!
We ordered donairs, personal pizzas and garlic fingers. They were all delicious. This was the great Greco experience we were hoping for but did not get in Dartmouth.
If only Greco was available west of the Atlantic region.....

I stopped at Captain Submarine during a road trip, curious to give it a try for the first time. I ordered the Montreal Smoked Meat on brown bread. While the smoked meat was decent, the bread was disappointing—hard, flavorless, and much smaller than what you'd find at Subway or Mr. Sub, with odd pointed ends. It’s surprising that a place specializing in sandwiches could serve bread of such poor quality. I hope this was just a one-off issue and that other locations do better.
On a positive note, the staff member serving us was very friendly, although he seemed to be out of several items and had to run to the back three times to restock. It took quite a long time to make the sub's because of this.
We were also quite surprised that two subs, a bottle of water and a can of Pepsi cost $35.

Absolutely THE WORST customer service!! Tired travelers staying the night after a long day of driving. Ordered take away only to have it delivered 30min late and not my complete order. Called to get it corrected and was given the run around by 3 separate employees!! Language was a huge issue, and we speak english and french! Finally, they agreed to send missing items... and they were still WRONG!! GARBAGE ESTABLISHMENT!

Currently sitting in a hotel lobby as I wait for a delivery driver to bring the 2 x donair sauce and 1 x garlic sauce that I ordered with my food, that is now getting cold in my room. Realizing my French could use work, the order was done via the app and required no interaction...the follow up to find out where the missing parts of the order were required much more interaction. Missing the apps that allow you to decide on a tip after the food arrives. Restaurant is a 3 min drive away, sitting at 14 min for the arrival of the rest of the order, and it just arrived....but was incomplete.

There is a shortage of staff. 2 of the employees were very nice on the other hand Bernadette another employee had a bad attitude answered me curtly and when I asked her name she returned with big eyes. Hats off to the two other employees who have to work in his presence. If it were my restaurant she wouldn't have a job anymore. Customer service is definitely not his area.

Arrived 6:15 pm, staff serving 2 at the Capt Sub counter, on one else present. Saw 4 different staff walking around in the back, look at me and walk out of sight. Waited 7 min to place my order. Barely said 2 words to me. Waited 10 min for them to make my 1 donair that I ordered. Definitely not worth it! Absolutely appalling service, staff barely says anything, slow, just terrible attitudes. Could understand if they were busy but there was no one else ahead of me, while waiting 1 couple placed their order. That was it. Now I understand the previous comments on slow service.
