Food was Luke warm when we got it and we were there waiting. Donair was really good but the pizza and garlic fingers must have sat under a heat lamp for a bit as it wasn’t as hot as what we expected for having waited for it.

Ordered $50 worth online and for one the pizzas, I asked for Bbq chicken but when i got was buffalo chicken instead. Also, the order status online didnt update, not sure if it was from their end or Greco's online issue. Mainly, having the buffalo chicken instead of the bbq chicken that I was soo looking forward to, was a real let down.

Who in the name of God thought that the fish they’re serving is edible! We had it there today Oct 7, 2025 at approximately 3:30pm. The batter was doughy under the crust, someone thought it was a good idea to put a box of salt on it! It was the greasiest deep fried thing I’ve ever had! I couldn’t eat it and neither could my dogs! I got back to my vehicle and the gravy I had ordered was in a thimble sized container with no tartar sauce as I had asked for. If a franchise puts food out there to sell, have someone with taste buds taste test it first!

Ordered delivery at our hotel while driving through. Our order was incorrect, with items missing and somehow we also get a pick up order that was meant for someone else. The $30 order somehow became $55, then they also requested a tip. The pizza tasted like cardboard, though the tomato sauce was good. Wings were dry and we received the wrong sauce with them.

Last Grecos on the way home to Ontario. The young gentleman working the back takeout counter earlier this evening was absolutely wonderful. The small donair is my go to!

Wow since they moved to grey rock under the new immigrant owners this place used to be the best place in town now its the worst food there donair is real bad the quality of vegetables is below standard overpriced don’t go there !!!

Ordered online. No cheese on pizza. Got cheese on pizza. Had to explain to the cashier what no cheese meant. Smelled really bad of cigarette in the pick up area. I asked the cashier another question and she proceeded to ignore me.

We have moved away from the Maritimes and drove back for a visit. We love Grecco and while we were in Halifax, we ordered from the Dartmouth Greco and were disappointed by the donairs.
Driving back to Ottawa and stopped in Edmundston for the night. We decided to try one more time and we are so happy we did!
We ordered donairs, personal pizzas and garlic fingers. They were all delicious. This was the great Greco experience we were hoping for but did not get in Dartmouth.
If only Greco was available west of the Atlantic region.....
