Me and my partner had the best dining experience yesterday! The food was exceptional fresh, flavourful, and of the highest quality. Starter was great, main dish and desert was excellent. Every bite was a delight. The waitress Nathalie was outstanding as well so polite, attentive, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic meal and excellent service! Very cozy ambiance aswell!

Coming from Maine for hockey, server was very friendly and knowledgeable. Enjoyed chicken and waffles (verrrry much) and smash burger was well seasoned and delicious. Espresso martini for the win! Highly recommend!

I'm taking the time to post a comment (it's rare! 🤣) this evening I ate the cod plate at this restaurant. Honestly, this dish was worthy of the best restaurants. Bravo to the chef and his team, they could present this dish in a culinary competition! 1/3 more carrot puree and keeping it hotter when serving are my only downsides. The blend of flavors and ingredients, as well as textures, is perfect. Even in the absence of the chef, the fish was cooked perfectly. Well done Moonshiners.

We've been following their posts on Facebook for a while, salivating over their food photos. During our visit to the region, we couldn’t resist the obligatory stop for dinner time!

We were NOT disappointed in any way. The menu is so interesting that it is difficult to order just one dish. Contrary to the previous opinion, we loved the fries! Accompanied by a gravy worthy of divine creations and a spicy mayo with a slightly smoky taste – a pure delight! The Italian sandwich? Wow, perfect! Every flavor is there, well balanced. And the fried haloumi salad, wow again! The acidity of the vinaigrette is perfectly balanced, a delight.

We can’t wait to try the evening table! A place to visit and revisit, without hesitation!

Food was uninspired and lacks seasoning. Service was underwhelming and lacked care, even with us being two of four total people in the entire pub. Frozen fries are not the definition of a gastro pub. Cute place, but experience is less gastro and more pub.

Superb evening at the Monnshin'hers pub, too bad we're only passing through! Superb dishes bursting with flavors, very friendly service, then an offer of "cocktail palettes" in addition to the beer one. We will definitely come back when we come back to the area!

They fooled up our order and we had to wait an extra 45 minutes or so to get our food. When the food came it was all amazing. We had wings, burgers and a cheesecake. They did comp the cheesecake for their error.
Our next time in Edmundston we will be back at Moonshin'hers.

We ate at Moonshin’hers last night and though the food menu is limited in size, there was no limitation in taste and presentation! All three meals were delicious and beautifully crafted! Our praise to the chef! We will definitely be back if we are ever in Edmunston, NB again! Attached is a photo of a beautiful Tomato Carpaccio salad!

What a fantastic dinner! We had the Tuna Crudo, Tomato Carpaccicio, and Wings. All very tasty. Along with drinks and great service. We highly recommend Moonshin'hers.
