This Pizzeria is attached to a small and inconveniently located Esso gas station/convenience store. There is no dining area but they do keep the order/pick-up counter area relatively clean. The service has always been top-notch when I order. I like using online ordering system but they also have an application that can be downloaded. I believe they also offer delivery, either direct or through one of the applications. Sometimes, I'll pick up a slice, or two, for lunch which is a convenient option to have in 'downtown' Edmundston. The downside is that if I want a bag of chips and a beverage to accompany my slice, I have to pay for it separately from the Pizzeria. They should try to make it easier for the clients and allow one payment at the counter. The food is good. This is the best Fast-food Pizzaria chain in Edmundston, right now. It's also an affordable option. Expect to pay about $20 per person for a full meal. There are cheaper options on the menu, though. Parking at the store is very limited so expect to park somewhere on the street and walk to this location. It's within walking distance from other shops and stores, and there's a nearby hotel and mall. There's better pizza to be found in town but this is my preferred Pizzeria chain in Edmundston. I don't bother with the other Pizzeria chains anymore. It's fast-food, so, I can't give it more than 3 stars. However, it's a really good 3 stars.

Terrible customer service, I arrived at the premises to collect my pizza, there was no one who wanted to come see me, there were all 5 or 6 people talking among themselves, others in the convenience store side, I waited 3 minutes and no one came to see me. I went to the convenience store side to ask them who still takes care of it, everyone said to the other it's you who should be fine. Conclusion: if you want to be treated with respect, don't go there
A good place for affordable pizza. The gluten free options are pretty good. An excellent place to order for groups on a budget - hockey teams, work, schools, parties, etc.
Great pizza. Very friendly front desk manager, too. Wish they delivered. We tried to use the app several times but it kept crashing, so we had to call it in. The central booking system is not ideal.
