I've eaten here multiple times, but the last 3 experiences have been less than ok. I ordered a General Tao with no vegetables. 1st and most important for a restaurant, the order was wrong as there were vegetables. 2nd as different from the 2 previous times, the rice was over cooked and seemed like it was a frozen diner heated in a microwave. there were gelly chunks in the sauce and the chicken crust was soggy. The rice was so compacted that it had the texture of clumpy mashed potatoes. The previous 2 times the rice was undercooked and crunchy, that's why it took me a few months to give them a try again. I just hope that this information makes it's way to management so they can set higher standards of the quality of food. If and when this happens, let me know and i will try it again. Makes me sad as i do prefer to encourage local businesses and also expect better quality for our support.

My order was a donair with cheese, letus and extra sauce. No tomatoes and no onions. What I got was cheese and tomatoes. After scraping off the tomatoes, almost no sauce. Just enough left to say it would have been a good donair ... probably.

They could have better customer service. I went for supper and ordered a 2 pieces and 3 pieces Western. waited 45 minutes for my lunch. they gave my order to another customer. while she was eating my lunch, they called her name and she said I already have my lunch. they went back in the kitchen, while I was asking for a refund and called her name a third time. And also, there was a stong cigarette smell. I will definitely won't go back there.

Friendly staff and quick service. Fries are great but chicken is overcooked and dry, obviously cooked twice, and poorly seasoned. Can't reccommend.

This place is easy to find as it's right in the middle of town. It's a curbside storefront and has a clean dining area that has a few tables that are never taken. I've never had a problem with service. It's always been fast and friendly. You can order in, take-out, or sit and dine. Outside of the lunch hour rush and supper time rush, parking is easy to find. I've had a few items off their menu (meatlover's pizza, pepperoni pizza, donair pizza, donairs...) Although I want to like their food, I just can't. Their food isn't bad but to me it lacks seasoning. It all just tastes very bland. Regarding flavour, they're 2 steps down from other pizza chains like Greco and Pizza Delight. Again, their food isn't bad. It's just bland. Expect to pay about $20 dollars per person when eating here. Also, expect your tastebuds to cry for more flavour. This is not the best pizza place in Edmundston.
Ordered online a 12" Garlic fingers and extra donair sauce and got delivered to the Quality Hotel. I found the online application user-friendly. The delivery guy was very friendly and appreciated them having the delivery option.
Garlic fingers were delicious as they were how I like them; thin not too doughy and the cheese crispy ? I am unsure if their donair sauce is made in-house but was great consistency and taste
