Staff was friendly and it was clean. Food was what you would expect from Tim's. Three star due to the constant beeping from the equipment. The beeping was constant during the entire time we sat and ate.

This is definitely the worst Tim's in town. They 98% of the time they mess up our order. This time had me very angry. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese for my 1 year old and there was a massive piece of plastic mixed in with the cream cheese! Thankfully I saw it before I handed him the piece. Absolutely unacceptable! Also the cups for our drinks were dirty and sticky... seems like the person who makes the drinks aren't washing thier sticky hands. Outrageous and nasty! 0 stars if I could!

This was our first trip to NB. The cashier was great. I don't believe English was her first language. Nonetheless, she took our order, repeated to make sure she understood us, and when she needed assistance, a gentleman came over and helped her. It was great to see teamwork from the employees.
