I recently visited this Tim Hortons and was shocked by the behavior of the manager on duty. While waiting for my order, I watched the manager yelling at staff, barking orders like “get me this, get me that,” nonstop. The poor young employee looked completely overwhelmed and unsure what to do.
When confronted, the manager claimed, “This is just how I talk.” That’s not acceptable. Leadership means setting a good example — not intimidating or belittling your team. No employee deserves to be treated with such disrespect in front of customers or ever.
It was honestly appalling to witness, and it left a terrible impression of the store. Tim Hortons should take immediate action — no one in a leadership position should behave this way. The manager’s conduct was unprofessional and she should be held accountable or replaced.

Whomever put the lid on my tea is using the most foul smelling hand lotion I've ever smelled, it's completely overpowering the taste of my tea and its all I can smell each time I take a sip. Can't even take the lid off or it'll spill on the highway.

The woman on duty at the window today wearing a black hair dress is very rude. We told her no whip topping at the speaker, corrected her at the window but insisted what we don’t like, and banged the window at us after giving our drink. Very unacceptable and bad service.

Worst experience at a Tims in years! Service is horrible. Waited my turn in line and when I get to the desk to order the girl just stares at me when I spoke english. Didn't even say 'excusez' or even speak in french. I speak some french too. Then she proceeds to have a conversation with another employee who had his back to the customers the entire time. He didn't even acknowledge me or that she was with a customer. They both walk away without taking my order and now start taking orders at the other cash. Now I wait in line again and then the same girl suddenly trys to take my order again and again walks away when I spoke english. She drags another english speaking employee to the desk and he takes the order. They don't have chicken noodle soup...isnt that an everyday item? Now the same girl takes my money and gives me back more than half as change. I feel bad since she obviously is so new she can't even count canadian money. She gets yet another person to help understand the issue and this one can't even subtract 27 from 40 and gets paper and a pencil out to dothe math. Not one ever apologized or even acknowledged the situation, or said thank you or that they were sorry for the wait! And when we left that employee still had his back to the the customers.

Slow service. Took 20 minutes before getting my order while other people were getting served and I asked 3 employees for my order and not one helped me. When I got my order they basically threw it on the counter.

Staff was friendly and it was clean. Food was what you would expect from Tim's. Three star due to the constant beeping from the equipment. The beeping was constant during the entire time we sat and ate.
Grabbed my normal coffee in the drive-thru. Staff was quick and friendly

This is definitely the worst Tim's in town. They 98% of the time they mess up our order. This time had me very angry. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese for my 1 year old and there was a massive piece of plastic mixed in with the cream cheese! Thankfully I saw it before I handed him the piece. Absolutely unacceptable! Also the cups for our drinks were dirty and sticky... seems like the person who makes the drinks aren't washing thier sticky hands. Outrageous and nasty! 0 stars if I could!
