I asked matcha latte, I know this is new cold drinks, but operator 5 minutes try to made for me marshmallow latte and in the end he didn’t know how make it. Also when I pay, I used promo with 20% in app, but still pay the same price.

This location is right off a Trans-Canada exit/entrance leading to one of the main roads in Edmundston. It's very easy to get to. The dining area is spacious and usually pretty clean. The bathrooms are pretty clean, as well. Parking is tight. This location is busiest during the day but not so much in the evening. You already know how the coffee is. It's the worst in the industry. This location tends to run out of menu items often. Plus, it closes early which is inconvenient as it's the closest location to where I live.

Hard to get served in French, the food is not very good and there is no atmosphere lolll
The slowest tim in the vicinity. Running out of food/drink 37% of the time.I imagine that there is no one or a person capable of telling employees that saying "that's all" every time you say something is not the way to do customer service. .
