Waited at the counter for over 5 mins without being noticed. Left the store. Service at this location has declined. The drive-through attendees didn't notice. Usually, they will mention if there is a customer waiting.

Maybe I would enjoy my Tim Hortons coffee if they knew how to put a lid on a damn coffee cup maybe they should learn something and not be so stupid burnt my leg on hot coffee was having a great morning until I when through the Tim Hortons drive-through

In the last couple of years, this has became the worst Tim Hortons. Everybody needs to be retrained. Even the simplest things they cannot get right.
I think the health department needs to keep an eye on this place the food I was served Was definitely gone bad. I have given way too many chances to this Tim Hortons, I will no longer go here.

Every single time I go here they either mess up my order or forget an item from my order. Today, the woman at the drive thru sat and argued me for a couple minutes claiming I never ordered an item. First of all, I already had to pay twice because I asked for 2 chocolate milks and she gave me one. And second, I order the exact same thing every time I'm in the area for breakfast so i think I'm quite positive I know what I ordered. She had also forgotten one of my chocolate milks already, so she didn't really have a leg to stand on arguing me like that. It was extremely unprofessional and uncalled for when she came up to the window to argue me like that. So after paying 3 separate times, I finally got my order.
This tim Hortons has gone even more downhill in the past year which I really didn't think was possible, as it was already awful to begin with. It's very unfortunate because it's the only one in the area. I wish head office would hire at least one person who is thorough and competent to help train the rest of the team and get that place finally running at least semi-sufficiently.
