I’ve gone through several times only to have my order mangled EVERY. DAMN. TIME. No sugar, no vanilla shot(which I pay 60 cents for each time), cream over milk, no egg, extra egg, no sauce, wrong items all together. Their service is abysmal, and when you try and correct something you get looked at like you have 3 heads or you’re wrong all together. I’m not saying the customer is always right… but sometimes we are 😅 Sincerely, One of the many upset florenceville Tims customers.

Terrible service as usual. 17 cars got through the drive thru before 2 people inside. That is unacceptable. Some people want to come in. But they don't want to wait for 17 cars. You have a responsibility to the people walking just as much as the drive thru. Won't be back. I don't drink coffee it was for my coworkers.
