This Burger King is my favourite. I’ve lived in NL, ON and NB. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh put together properly. This is our families go too!

Went to order a burger and fries at 5pm they had no pickles and no fries. They gave me soggy mushy deep fried onions that were loke eating soggy fries. The staff were rude and the manager no better. I would recommend eating somewhere else.

I recently visited your establishment and encountered an issue with a staff member. After paying for my meal, I was treated rudely by an employee with purple hair. When I inquired about her behavior, she went to the back of the kitchen and spoke to the cook. This made me uncomfortable, and I decided not to take or consume the food I had purchased for nearly $13.
Given that I had a 14-hour drive ahead of me, this experience has left me feeling unwell. Unfortunately, due to this incident, I will no longer be a customer of Burger King.

Grand-Falls NB’s Burger King is the worst I’ve ever experienced in a take-out establishment and shouldn’t be in business. I don’t know how they stay open. Everyone from here knows not to eat there from bad customer service, dirty restaurant and there’s always an issue. To sum it up, for the past two years, here’s what I dealt with: no apple pies ever ready-they make you wait while they cook it, take out drive thru out of order, drive-thru cash out of order-can’t place two orders at once(totally ridiculous), out of ice cream, no bilingual staff, extremely bad customer service, can’t order ice cream 30 minutes before closing as they cleaned their machines, can’t provide you with receipt because their machine is broken, food ready in two minutes-obviously not freshly cooked and always has stale bread and finally today the last straw-went again because my daughter loves their milkshakes and they were out of mix for the milkshakes! Honestly, a customer shouldn’t have to put with that!!!

July 20, 2024. No lunch restaurant in Grand Falls. So we headed to the local Burger King. 11:01 a.m. We were refused lunch because it was after 11 a.m. However, we were waiting in line (on site) before 11 a.m. to place our order. So we went to MacDonald's and were able to get lunch even after 11am. Bravo to MacDonald for not being so narrow-minded about lunch hours. The 1 star was necessary because 0 does not exist.

The oil used for the chicken and the French toast sticks is no longer good... the chicken tasted like bad oil as well as the sticks... however the young man at the counter was very nice.

I ordered mushroom swisscheese burger and got burger on two slices of bread that was barely warm. The fries were like a small and barely warm. The diet coke was flat. The cashier gave me the wrong change back. This is not the first time I get barely warm food. Something about the meat being hard to digest too. My friend won't eat there because can't digest the meat. He got heartburn and me too.
Great employees, horrible manager. Still worth going to get a burgerking fix, but the manager needs to work on her social skills it was unexpected and aggressive. I will be reporting to corporate.
In terms of cleanliness, it smelled like trash in the doorway ?, the women's toilet was not accessible (broken) so I went to the men's toilet, it smelled like piss. It was 2 o'clock in the afternoon and the tables were lined up, there were employers chattering in the dining room.

Stopped her June 17, 2024. The food and service were unacceptable. Didn't have onion rings, whopper jr. Wouldn't accept my coupons. Paid over $26 for garbage. Manager sat at a table stuffing her face and did nothing

Had too say my order over 4 too 5 times, the one that took our order was very rude and had no manners. I ordered all chicken sandwiches. 3 burgers were correct. The fourth one they gave me a whopper like sandwich that didn’t look appealing. The poutines barely had any gravy in them. They had us wait on the side for over 15 minutes or so. All sandwiches look like they were done in a hurry and were sloppily placed inside of the bag. Food was okay. But didn’t impress me. They can update the outside of the restaurant. But they should upgrade the employees inside instead. Not happy with the service I received and they didn’t speak French. Last I check. You should be able to have service in both French and English. If you can’t speak either. Then you should take some classes to at least understand.
