Burger King really stepping up their game lately I mean, you can’t beat their prices right now especially when you can do everything quick and easy on the app ready within less than 10 minutes of leaving home and getting there I mean come on I got two cheeseburgers a fry, a drink and a dessert And not to mention eight nuggetsFor $12 taxes like can you say what compared to paying almost $17 for a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, from other places witch is insane

I am writing to share my frustration in regard to the Burger King in Grand Falls New Brunswick on Sept 11 at 6:00 pm. There were four people in front of me when I arrived. 40 minutes later I still had not been served. At times there was no one taking orders. One young lady appeared to be rushed off her feet trying please people. There was a young male ( staff) pacing back-and-forth. He did absolutely nothing except look at the orders, but never served anybody. Most of the time he was scratching his head or moving his hair net around. ( a no no in the food service industry). Several people returned to the counter because their orders were incorrect. While there I saw staff throw two orders in the garbage. I have never witnessed such disorganization. I left out of pure frustration and went to Mc Donalds where I was served within 5 minutes. Several others also left. Not a happy camper.

Got there at 10:30pm and ordered a rather large order. The two guys there (I believe one was Issac) were amazing. Thank you for helping us after a 16 hour drive.

As we pulled up at the restaurant around 11 we we're super well served and Isaac that was working tonight was very calm and polite and made sure we we're super satisfied! Very happy with his service 👌

It took over 45 mins to get all of our group of 15 through the ordering process. The food was terrible, and even though they were short-staffed a worker LEFT with 10 people in line and coworkers struggling. It was terrible. NEVER NEVER go here. We were travelling from Montreal to Nova Scotia, and planned to takeout, but most of us are while the rest ordered. Awful!

Done with this place they do 1 car at a time in drive threw to save on service timer or something u are told to wait to take your order and have to repeat multiple times I was just about to leave waiting for service at drive threw and she came with a attitude
