I was invited to have Christmas with a lovely lady however the turkey meat was dark more like a salmon colour. Why was it not white? Stuffing and veggies were good but the four of us sitting there didn't eat the turkey.

I'll start by saying I've never been to this town before, the ladies at Sandy's place are great. Only problem was they have 20 plus poutine options. I got paralyzed with all the choices and went with a club sandwich lmao. Delicious.

Had pancakes for breakfast here. They were good, but didn’t come with enough butter or syrup. The coffee was lukewarm. I asked for a glass of water and was told that due to licensing , they were not allowed to serve tap water. I checked and as far as I could tell from New Brunswick regulation 88-200, there is no such rule. It’s possible that they do not have potable water, but that is not the same thing so why not just say so?
Very nice little dinner to stop at. They have so many types of poutine and they also have specials on daily. I had the Italian poutine and my husband had the chicken buffalo I like the sauce they used for my poutine the fries were very thick. My husband wished his had more buffalo sauce as it was to diluted with gravy. Cheesecake were delicious i highly reccomend them.

I opted for the burger instead of the poutine, but im starting to think I should've got the poutine because this side of gravy is AMAZING. Burgers fantastic too but the gravy!! Also curious about the seafood, they said they catch their own lobsters! I'm not a local but if I'm ever passing through Grand Falls I'll be back at Sandys
