Visited for dinner, fine dining service. One of the best restaurants in New Brunswick. Excellent for special occasion. Will definitely return.

My wife and I had a really good time at 'The White Moose'. We liked the simplistic interior, especially the open kitchen space. The food was just amazing, the Bison was really really good. The waitress was being trained, which did not bother us at all. All of the staff were super friendly and professional. Highly recommend the visit.

This is an update to my previous review based on the consensus of my table of 4, we had the tasting menu, which was one of the most expensive tasting menus I have ever paid for, and I have had quite a few in Canada, US and elsewhere. The poached pear was basically inedible, and a couple of other courses were borderline. The description of the courses were limited or missing at the presentation, and feedback was not solicited. The wine pairing were scant pours, with no information on the wines themselves, the most information would consist of a "French Pinot Noir", no vineyard, presentation of the bottle, description of the wine or anything. It felt like that there was no experience with a tasting menu, maybe they have had a tasting menu, but never prepared one, and definitely never consulted a sommelier. Even the course order was odd, the duck with a pinot noir before the halibut with a sparkling. I could go one but this is likely long enough as it is ...

The food is delicious and the service is great! So awesome that they use local ingredients in their dishes as much as possible. I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend this place if you are in Grand Falls or surrounding areas!

I am so satiated! Every bite of my meal was exquisitely flavorful. Portions are just enough. Plated as a piece of art, which means a lot to me as I am very visual. Delicious to look at and to eat. Not too expensive. I will be back as the flavors, freshness, presentation and atmosphere 10 out of 10. A jewel of a place in our little old town. Amazing.

Every time I have been there, never have I been disappoint! Everything on the menu is fresh and made on site. Good selection of plates that will accommodate anyone taste.You're able to see the chef as he's preparing your food and it's easy to see that he is very passionate about the food he prepares and you can tell when you take that first bite.From when you walk in to when you leave, it's a wonderfull experience that I would recommend to anyone that wants to go out for a meal.

Food is just amazing....Took a bit to long but it was all worth it. If your looking fast food...not your place. Take time to enjoy all the courses...its all with the wait...get ready for the bill...The waitress made sure we were all set even if the wait was long. You can taste the passion in every details that are in that place!

Great food and very innovative dishes. Definitely worth a try. While I normally prefer my beef medium-well, I tried the fillet mignon which they only served rare and was amazed by the taste and texture.
