The drive-through line always takes a very long time to be served people that order food should have to park like other restaurants when going to be taking a large sum of time while making people that just want a quick coffee wait longer than needed and I had to go inside to correct my order again

The slowest Tom Hortons I’ve ever been to. 15 minute wait for potato wedges.
They also managed to give my wife breaded chicken on her salad, when she asked for non-breaded

This Tim's rarely has baked goods available. They never keep supplies on hand.

Too many times now I've gone in and placed my food order. The person assigned to the sandwich station comes out of the back room somewhere having done God knows what and starts to prepare my food without changing their gloves. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

I am so much disappointed with your service if you are getting the tag of opening 24 hours service why don't you serve regular drinks at night . I just went drive through around half hour before ordered just a steep tea. I was told that machines are being cleaned why is that so .if it is 24/7 This was ridiculous !!!!

I don't go to this Tim Horton often, maybe once per month... but the last two times is enough for me to not go back at all, I'll find a different Tim's... First time, lady taking my order did not speak English or French. She took the wrong info down and when I tried to get it corrected, things just went worse... I had to ask her to find someone that could speak English, and she still couldn't understand... this last time, got a different barista, but they don't know how to make whatever special latte that is on the menu. Ordered a White Chocolate Pistachio latte, as per menu item... well, they forgot the whip cream, they forgot the white chocolate and they forgot the pistachio flavored syrup... So unless you are ordering a black coffee, don't expect then to be able to help you....

Omg ,this is probably one of the worse tim hortons I have been to, and I am from Ontario which has hortons on almost every corner and never seen such a poor trained staff store ...These employees are so badly trained , if at all trained...I swear to God that all you need to work there is , to know how to breath....This is the WORSE Tim Hortons I have ever been to ...My wife worked at hortons for 18 years in Ontario and we have never seen a store with such under trained staff ever ...more than half the employees here have no idea what they are doing , and I swear they do things and make YOUR coffee how ever they feel like making it ...hardly ever what you asked for..Make sure you check your order before you leave....
