Omg ,this is probably one of the worse tim hortons I have been to, and I am from Ontario which has hortons on almost every corner and never seen such a poor trained staff store ...These employees are so badly trained , if at all trained...I swear to God that all you need to work there is , to know how to breath....This is the WORSE Tim Hortons I have ever been to ...My wife worked at hortons for 18 years in Ontario and we have never seen a store with such under trained staff ever ...more than half the employees here have no idea what they are doing , and I swear they do things and make YOUR coffee how ever they feel like making it ...hardly ever what you asked for..Make sure you check your order before you leave....

I was in drive thru and ordered a wrap and breakfast sandwich along with an iced coffee and a hot chocolate I had to log in to my Tim's app again while at the window I didn't notice i was logged out before I got to the window and the lady was very impatient while I logged into my account again (I don't have a physical card) I told the lady to hold on a second while the page loaded but I had handed her the money to pay for my order once that was done she gave me my change and told me to have a good day she didn't scan my barcode for the rewards program or anything else.

They ow have steep tea available without sitting around to wait for it lately they have a girl at the drive-thru who is very polite and looks like she enjoys her job.

Lunch time on Saturday no body in the restaurant all the workers talking together ( in a foreign language) no body serving me waited 5 minutes and walked out.... they won't see me again ??
