Excellent food + fresh, delicious coffee! And we got amazing service - we had lots of specific requests and the staff were super accommodating. Special thanks to the lady who served us (couldn't catch her name, she had lots of tattoos on her left arm)
Dietary restrictions: We asked for no cross-contamination with meat, they were very careful to wash knives and change gloves

The visit is always exceptional when the right staff are working, very friendly, offered suggestions to our order, which was well received and the food speaks for itself.

Went into this location around 12. Ordered my food and it took way longer than it should've. I grabbed my order and went to the car and realized my meal was missing a hashbrown. When I went back in to get my hash brown, they said they didn't have any and that I would need to wait 9 minutes. So I just grabbed a donut instead and left. They were very slow and still messed up my order.

Typical chain coffee shop. Reasonably priced. Popular with Canadians (actually owned by a Brazilian entity). Donuts are mass-produced in factories then frozen to be baked at stores (this process is strangely called 'always fresh' by their marketing team). Since the 'always fresh' introduction decades ago, the quality of baked goods dropped significantly. Also a minus: baked goods are not nut/peanut free. Coffee is great though. Facility typically clean, and safe; most also have drive through.

Was greeted by employee Debbie, supervisor took my order of chocolatine, that new apple fritter with chocolate drizzle and just threw 2 chocolatines in one bag and my desserts with drizzle in a separate bag each. I showed it to Debbie who gave me 2 new ones in timbit boxes. Thank you Debbie who saved this customer service experience cause the supervisor had no care of the handling of my purchased sweets.
