Excellent food + fresh, delicious coffee! And we got amazing service - we had lots of specific requests and the staff were super accommodating. Special thanks to the lady who served us (couldn't catch her name, she had lots of tattoos on her left arm)

Typical chain coffee shop. Reasonably priced. Popular with Canadians (actually owned by a Brazilian entity). Donuts are mass-produced in factories then frozen to be baked at stores (this process is strangely called 'always fresh' by their marketing team). Since the 'always fresh' introduction decades ago, the quality of baked goods dropped significantly. Also a minus: baked goods are not nut/peanut free. Coffee is great though. If I'm to be honest, the soup was not good. I was hoping for good chicken soup. What I had reminded me of an upgraded Cup Of Soup. It was like reconstituted vegetables, and the chicken had a texture like pressed sawdust.
I know some people may view it differently. But for me, I can't recommend it.
