French fries off the food truck, straight from the freezer to the fryer. The scallops were the same—frozen breaded scallops. Actually, they were better than I expected them to be. My first experience with breaded, deep fried scallops. Not looking to repeat the experience.
We had an excellent meal. The lady who makes the food was a pleasure to deal with, and our fish, halibut and haddock was cooked perfectly. Moist and delicious, and very reasonably priced as well.
I didn't eat but my wife and daughter did.
They like it.
