How about instead of putting the store down u call the store about ur complaints. But instead you try and ruin the only robins left in the saint john area. And yes all store make stuff diff. And they can get pretty busy maybe thats why the girl couldn't get right to the tables or floors when u walked in the door. That store is always cleaned and about 5 mins before ppl walk in there was 3 little kids running around the store
Maybe start calling the store instead of posting on the internet. The manager cant fix the problem when she knows nothing about it. Think about that before u make those ppl lose there jobs

Terrible service. Saturday afternoon at 3 pm only 1 staff working. Tables were a mess, only one person working when we went in. Another staff member came in after and we asked them to clean a table for us. They proceeded to clean all the tables. We were never greeted or ask what we wanted. The floor was a mess. We left and went down the road to Tims. We decided not to stay and order as the place was not clran and we wondered if the food would be safe to eat.

I went into Robin's in Hampton today and the service was terrible. The lady there had no customer service skills and gave impression that she didn't want to be there and we were bothering her. Her tone was very scarastic and rude. I definitely have no intention on stopping in there again.

The lady making the food gave me the feeling she didn't even want to be there. No sense of urgency or the willingness to please customers. In my opinion not a good stop for lunch. Food was made very sloppy.

Cute little coffee joint, stopped by here for some quick breakfast and a coffee on the way to the airport. We don't have this place in Ontario so it was a nice treat

Very disappointed with service here. Bought three sandwiches and not one thing was right on it. Got two donair sandwiches that had no lettuce on it and one BLT bagel with no mayo and two pieces of bacon? Mind you they were too lazy to grate the cheese and sliced two pieces and put them on after the fact so they weren’t even melted. And let’s not forget none of the employees were wearing hair nets and one was wearing a yellow cardigan. I’ve worked in food places and this would be considered a big no. You wear the uniform your given and if your cold put a long sleeve on underneath your uniform and for god sakes wear a hair net nobody wants to find a hair in their food. Anyways robins needs to have uniform in all stores, sandwich’s need to be the same weather your in NB or NS.

Pretty nice little coffee joint. Very much a run in the middle drive-through spot, which is nice. Like to be able to support a small business over some of the larger chain so I’m glad they still have one in Hampton. Definitely a nice treat once in a while, stopping and have coffee.

One of the worst breakfast sandwiches I've ever had, somehow even worse than Tim Hortons, dry unbuttered bagel, rubbery egg, and missing all the other toppings like lettuce, onion and tomatoes.

The drive through is a joke. sometimes you are sitting there not knowing if they are open. No lights on the sign well past open.

Today it took a day and an age to get my order in, almost drove off thinking they were closed at noon. Car behind me did drive off for the wait.

So they must be under staffed? nope, I saw three staff joking and having a grand old time. Out of the three who do they have working the window. Someone who can't reach out of it since they were so short.

Shame

I love coming here...but the lack of staff is not right! There needs to be 2 staff MOST of the time...but not in the middle od the day! I understand saving money and over head...this makes the service go down drastically

I’ve been here four times in the last six months and only once have I been able to get what I actually wanted. My first visit I received exactly what I wanted and was very satisfied. The second time I was told I had to upsize my drink due to a lack of cups of different sizes and they still manage to give me the wrong drink. The third time I was also forced to upsize my drink due to a lack of cups and when I received my robin eggs they were all plain flavored. I stopped going for six weeks, hoping maybe it was just a bad spell, but when I returned this morning, they still did not have appropriate sized cups and wanted me to upsize my drink, I was told the speaker was broken and to pull forward to the window yet the cashier was upset She didn’t know what my order was on the speaker, even though I was told not to talk and just pull through, and one of the other employees was standing back at the other side of the desk doing all the talking instead of the actual cashier and I could barely understand what he was saying due to him being so far away. Long story short, the food great when you actually get what you want.
