One of the worst breakfast sandwiches I've ever had, somehow even worse than Tim Hortons, dry unbuttered bagel, rubbery egg, and missing all the other toppings like lettuce, onion and tomatoes.

The drive through is a joke. sometimes you are sitting there not knowing if they are open. No lights on the sign well past open.
Today it took a day and an age to get my order in, almost drove off thinking they were closed at noon. Car behind me did drive off for the wait.
So they must be under staffed? nope, I saw three staff joking and having a grand old time. Out of the three who do they have working the window. Someone who can't reach out of it since they were so short.
Shame

I love coming here...but the lack of staff is not right! There needs to be 2 staff MOST of the time...but not in the middle od the day! I understand saving money and over head...this makes the service go down drastically

I’ve been here four times in the last six months and only once have I been able to get what I actually wanted. My first visit I received exactly what I wanted and was very satisfied. The second time I was told I had to upsize my drink due to a lack of cups of different sizes and they still manage to give me the wrong drink. The third time I was also forced to upsize my drink due to a lack of cups and when I received my robin eggs they were all plain flavored. I stopped going for six weeks, hoping maybe it was just a bad spell, but when I returned this morning, they still did not have appropriate sized cups and wanted me to upsize my drink, I was told the speaker was broken and to pull forward to the window yet the cashier was upset She didn’t know what my order was on the speaker, even though I was told not to talk and just pull through, and one of the other employees was standing back at the other side of the desk doing all the talking instead of the actual cashier and I could barely understand what he was saying due to him being so far away. Long story short, the food great when you actually get what you want.

We love going there. The food always tastes more homemade than the competitors and it's quite comfy to dine in. Also, the price is always much better than the "hockey player place" Wish we had a Robin's in Saint

Will even after I tip they mess up the order.... thank you for wasting my time and money. Hope the birds like the doughnuts because they went out the window. It's my work break so not like I can go back. Very unhappy.
I stopped in to pick up a lunch. The menu was not very vegetarian friendly. I was unable to get a cheese donair. I saw the potato wedges with cheese on the menu so I ordered it but I was told by the staff member that they were out of cheese.I had the plain potato wedges and a few Robin eggs ( donut bites) which was good.I will not be visiting Robins Donuts again.
Doughnuts are always fresh and awesome!
First time there and their menu was very small. What we bought was good but not sure I'd go back.

Nice locally owned franchise, nice friendly staff. Lots of options for breakfast sandwiches.
Awsome!
Great staff, very friendly. Fresh donuts, good coffee and hot chocolate. Well worth the drive.
Worst coffee shop in kings county. One star is too generous for this miserable hole in the wall.
Coffee was also good when I got mine
