I'm not very impressed with this place it seems that it's been taken over by foreign people and they continue to speak their language to one another while you stand there trying to order your sandwich not very polite of them if you want to be Canadian speak the language and save your language for your off time

When did Hampton decide to get rid of all the students they employed and replace them with a bunch of foreigners who barely speak English and have 0 manners? I know it costs less to employ them, but it’s taking jobs away from a place where there aren’t many options already for students and young adults who are at least

Young lady that served us today was very polite/helpful and did not get annoyed when we had no clue and kept changing our minds on what to order. All the staff seemed genuinely happy and were fast and efficient considering how busy it was. Good job ?

To the Owner,I bought my family the exact 3 footling subs the last 5 years since 2019, after tax was $25, now the same order has crossed the $50 after your recent hike again in the last month because they went up another $2. I understand the gas prices have increased but Ontario the same order is $38, and the gas difference is not that significant to charge $12 more .Your own servers said you are “greedy” .Also said …”you changed the scoopers from a 3/4 cup to a half cup to give people less and charge more”I will never be back .Good luck
My Mom and I came here to order our supper and we were so pleased at how kind both male workers were to us despite our awkward confusion when trying to place a simple order. They could have been annoyed with us but instead they were kind and courteous and we both appreciated it very much. Great job

Went through the drive thru, told the lady 3 times I didn’t want it toasted. She asked again and I said not toasted. Takes a while to ask for veggies, and I fear she toasted it. Got to the window and was handed a hot sandwich. I’m not gonna waste food, I’ll eat it but after the 4th times saying NOT toasted you don’t think you’d toast it.

Food and service was fantastic but the bathroom was filthy. One of the stall doors doesn't lock and it's been like that for months, the toilets are disgusting and so full of urine. I had to clean the toilet before I used it, one had no toilet paper the other was very low, paper towel was empty, sink was gross, floor haven't been washed all week I'm sure. If I had seen the bathroom before I ate I would have walked out, shameful

My spouse and I were passing through and stopped at this subway. He ordered for me while I went to the bathroom. These are pictures of the woman's bathroom. This is extremely disgusting. This looks like a bathroom that hasn't been cleaned in weeks or longer. There was no paper in the bathroom to actually prove staff members even check off cleaning the bathroom. When we arrived there was barely anyone in there and more than one staff member. If the bathrooms look like that, I can't imagine how they clean the kitchen or anywhere else in there.
