Honestly if you can wait till KV tim hortons id suggest that over stopping here, quality of coffee and food has greatly decreased. Its really a hit or miss if they actually have what your ordering, thats if they remember your order. Just sad to see used to be a great place

Had an older girl take care of my moms and my food which we both had a bacon turkey club , no one else seemed like they weren't doing anything or they didn't know what they were doing? so she took over and did a good job!

Received poor customer service after finding a fruit fly drowned in my drink and a few in the display case. I understand this can happen but the response was poor. Furthermore, they refused to provide the manager's contact information.
I normally try to avoid this Tim's as the service is never consistent. It's more often bad then good. Wether it's your order being wrong, or always out of certain items or wait times, it's always something. Now today, today was enough for me to post a review. I was in the Drive Thru, which was backed up out onto the road, as per usual. Line was moving slow, we waited 20+mins to get through. I ordered an Ice Cap and 10 plain Tim Bits for my dog. Got to the window, I was handed a box of Tim Bits, which I placed on my passengers seat. While waiting for my drink, I reached into the box, grabbed a Tim Bit and went to hand it to my dog. Before he took it, I realized it was a coated in sugar and sprinkles. I pulled it away before he ate it and go, this isn't plain ? I look in the box and they are an assortment of chocolate, sugar, powdered etc. I put the Tim Bit back in the box and at this point the lady at the window knows its wrong. She apologized and ask the guy who got them to get a box of plain only. There was another girl ( newcomer, bit of a language barrier ) who took the box of Tim Bits and was going to put them back. The other girl at the window told her, no you can't put those back, they have to be thrown out. The other girl shook her head no and said I'll put them back. The other girl spoke again and said NO you can't put those back, throw them out ! The girl shook her head no again and tried to take the box out of sight. The other girl spoke again and said you cannot put those back, the dog touched one and her hand was in the box. I don't think customers would appreciate being re-served Tim Bits a dog touched. She then grabbed the box out of the girls hand and threw them in the garbage. In that moment, I will never go back there again. If it wasn't for that other girl standing there. How often is this happening ? To, what save a couple of dollars ? At this point I have no doubt if it was dropped on the floor, its still going back on the self .....Anything that's been handed out the window and back through the window should always be thrown out for sanitary reasons. I had my hand in that box, what if I wiped my nose before sticking my hand in there ? Then what she did out those back and someone else gets served them after I handed them back ?Witnessing that whole interaction is finally enough, that we won't be back. The bad service constantly was bad enough but add this and it's a Big NOPE for me. Maybe some safe food handling courses could be taught at this location to education the importance of it !

This Tims is hit or miss. One day the drive-through is quick and the next day they’re backed up onto the road. I would suggest two locations or additional staff because there’s really not that much good to say about this Tim’s, other than the workers do a great job with the limited personnel. Everyone in town has talked about it. Hopefully something will change, but not keeping fingers crossed.

RE: pizzaI ordered the bacon everything pizza...meh. It was quite doughy (should be cooked a bit longer imo... with no sauce and very little cheese and they don't cut it. I tried to pull it apart and the thin layer of toppings pulled off of it. They offer you a choice of different sauces to dip for another dollar per sauce packet. For 8 bucks you might like it. My take is that it won't last on the menu
