More training is needed for the people working at this store. They don't even know how to print a receipt if you need one. Waited 10 minutes for it, nobody could figure it out. So I had to leave and take the loss. Receipts don't matter to most. But when you depend on having the receipt to expense your meals for work, it makes a difference.

Very disappointed over the last year of going to this place, very sad to see that most employees that work there now barely speak English... disappointed in new brunswick for letting this happen. Left another province for this reason

Far to often I go to this locations drive thru with a few cars ahead of me not moving only to have pull out of line so I'm not late for my function. 5 minutes to move a car length is not reasonable.

Demon Slayer

This is the best Tim Hortons I've ever been to. I ordered a Medium French Vanilla and Toasted Everything Bagel with Herb & Garlic cream cheese.. BEST EVER!
The French Vanilla was there right after I paid, super quick, the bagel was also fast and toasted perfectly, and loaded with herb and garlic cream cheese! It was amazing!
Not only that! The workers are all friendly and talk with the customers, the place is super clean and efficient. By far the best Tim Hortons I've been to, extremely kind staff, clean work place, amazing food and drinks! My experience here was amazing!

The policy and offers leave a lot to be desired . When they offer 20 percent off ice capps and then tell you its not for flavored ones yet on the offer itself has caramel flavored ones seems ridiculous. I know its not the owners fault but they need to speak up to head office and get it sorted out .The whole points rewards needs to be revamped so you dont have to keep selecting the level of the amount of points you want to redeem . Crazy with todays computer technology the limits this company puts together with their reward offers . Staff are friendly but the head office policies are baffling and putting extra strain on staff to try to explain why something that should be included isnt . Service five star policey is in the negative rating in my opinion.

Honestly if you can wait till KV tim hortons id suggest that over stopping here, quality of coffee and food has greatly decreased. Its really a hit or miss if they actually have what your ordering, thats if they remember your order. Just sad to see used to be a great place
