We went into this establishment on Monday, June 2 around 12:15. This has the most disgusting eat in area around. The floor was filthy, windows were filthy and the tables were disgusting, garbage on the floor. You could feel a scumb on them and there were food particles on many tables. I sat down for a moment and when my husband brought our meal , I said we cannot eat here. We promptly left and ate in our vehicle. Honestly I was afraid to eat the food. I said if its that filthy out in public view, can you imagine what is like where customers can't see. I've always loved Burger King as I have frequented Grand Falls and Hartland locations. Never before have I seen such an unsanitary location. I hope managers read this and check this establishment out , I'm thinking the food inspector would close them down.

Most disorganized fast food place ever. Took forever to get my food because most of the time I was waiting, there were 4-5 employees looking at the order screen with confused looks on their faces. Ordered a whopper with bacon, mustard and no tomato. They got the mustard and tomato part right, but didn't put any bacon on it, you know, the part I paid extra for. Certainly won't come back to this location.

Dirty! Ketchup on the wall and crumbs on the table. Gloves on the staff while they proceed to touch everything. BK app wouldnt work and staff was extremely unhelpful. Ended up leaving without ordering. Will never go back

Just got home from getting a crispy chicken there to find the rapper, soaking, wet. I opened it up to Brown lettuce, soaking wet mayonnaise, that was really watery, a scorching hot tomato and on the bottom part, had this thick white old cheese. Looking stuff on it, it's like they washed it in the sink put it in a microwave and served it up as fresh. Never eating a Burger King again. I threw out the whole sandwich disappointed. And the service was really slow.

Try to order a burger with crispy onions and the lady and the manager told me in a rude way we had no crisp onions and the burger was very cold. They should’ve kept Quiznos open because this Burger King is the worst Burger King I have ever had.

The fries were some of the worst fries I've ever had. They looked and tasted like fries that had been deep fried not just twice, but three times. Half of them were crunchy.
Their chicken nuggets are tasteless to the point our kids won't even eat them. The kids meal burger is barely a burger and was microwaved because I couldn't take the bun off to make sure they didn't put pickles on it due to the cheese being melted to the bun.
I swear it's only this location that continues to disappoint. I've never had issues at any other BK location. It's clearly being run poorly.
Thanks for your disgusting food where I got food poisoned and lost a day from working as I vomited for hours afterwards and somehow slept 15 hours after with horrific stomach ache and nausea still until today. I even saw the person who handled my meal use the washroom without washing their hands. Avoid this place at all costs and I'd rather this place entirely being shut down.

The worst experience ever from BKb ordered a sausage muffin and was cold and not fully cooked, and the cashier didn't want to refresh my order or refund. I will not recommend this location ever. Even to my worst enemy
Genuinely one of the worst restaurants / drive throughs I've ever had the displeasure of being through. I've gotten food here multiple times over the years it's been open and in the last year alone the quality, service and overall experience of this place is abysmal.
It's rare the order is right, and when if ever the staff somehow fumble their way into making the right order for you it's stone cold, God forbid there's more then a single person in the drive thru because that means you're getting a half cooked sandwich, your order confused with someone else or possibly the entirely wrong order.
Every single time you order food from here wether it be drive thru, door dash or even going directly to the counter you roll the dice. The staff is inconsistent, incompetent and rude and the food is never good.
At this point I have genuinely zero clue how the place is still open and as it sits now it shouldn't be. Avoid this place if you at all can.

The workers tries to rush you out so they can have more people showing up, so when you are looking at the menu, there just looking at you so you have to pick something. At lunch whatever info there these "high schoolers" take over the whole burger king. I'm a high schooler that doesn't feel safe going there!
