1 - Not enough employees 2 - waiting at the front counter can take quite a bit of time before you get acknowledged. 3 - stingy on giving you more then one dipping sauce even though you have a double order of an item. 4- their pancakes are the diameter of a small burger and are nuked cooked in a plastic bag. You would have to order four times the amount to equal the size of McDonald's hotcakes and its a dollar less than Burger King. 5- They keep advertising cold deserts and they dont sell them.
I could go but thats enough.

We went into this establishment on Monday, June 2 around 12:15. This has the most disgusting eat in area around. The floor was filthy, windows were filthy and the tables were disgusting, garbage on the floor. You could feel a scumb on them and there were food particles on many tables. I sat down for a moment and when my husband brought our meal , I said we cannot eat here. We promptly left and ate in our vehicle. Honestly I was afraid to eat the food. I said if its that filthy out in public view, can you imagine what is like where customers can't see. I've always loved Burger King as I have frequented Grand Falls and Hartland locations. Never before have I seen such an unsanitary location. I hope managers read this and check this establishment out , I'm thinking the food inspector would close them down.

Most disorganized fast food place ever. Took forever to get my food because most of the time I was waiting, there were 4-5 employees looking at the order screen with confused looks on their faces. Ordered a whopper with bacon, mustard and no tomato. They got the mustard and tomato part right, but didn't put any bacon on it, you know, the part I paid extra for. Certainly won't come back to this location.

Multiple times my food has been cold, fries stale and even multiple times have found hair in my food on top and inside my burger and fries. I honestly never want to eat here again. If I could vote 0 I would

Dirty! Ketchup on the wall and crumbs on the table. Gloves on the staff while they proceed to touch everything. BK app wouldnt work and staff was extremely unhelpful. Ended up leaving without ordering. Will never go back

Just got home from getting a crispy chicken there to find the rapper, soaking, wet. I opened it up to Brown lettuce, soaking wet mayonnaise, that was really watery, a scorching hot tomato and on the bottom part, had this thick white old cheese. Looking stuff on it, it's like they washed it in the sink put it in a microwave and served it up as fresh. Never eating a Burger King again. I threw out the whole sandwich disappointed. And the service was really slow.

Try to order a burger with crispy onions and the lady and the manager told me in a rude way we had no crisp onions and the burger was very cold. They should’ve kept Quiznos open because this Burger King is the worst Burger King I have ever had.

The fries were some of the worst fries I've ever had. They looked and tasted like fries that had been deep fried not just twice, but three times. Half of them were crunchy.
Their chicken nuggets are tasteless to the point our kids won't even eat them. The kids meal burger is barely a burger and was microwaved because I couldn't take the bun off to make sure they didn't put pickles on it due to the cheese being melted to the bun.
I swear it's only this location that continues to disappoint. I've never had issues at any other BK location. It's clearly being run poorly.
