Great little shop, was a bit let down by the cinnamon Buns, expect them to be ooey gooey and moist but was kinda dry. I have only been the one time and plan to go again to try other foods. The raspberry lemonade is amazing and staff are like you have known them forever. It's always busy when open. Great atmosphere for sure.

Cinnamon Soul Cafe prepackaged cheese biscuit mix. While in Hopewell Cape, NB, I bought a package to have with seafood chowder. They were soooo good!! Easy to make and they taste amazing!! If you are traveling and happen to be in Hillsbourough, NB please stop in at Cinnamon Soul Cafe for a wonderful cup of coffee and a bite to eat. Been there, loved it!

We’ve been to Cinnamon Soul Café a few times now, and it continues to be just as good every visit. This time we had the pesto chicken sandwich, and the pulled pork sandwich with kettle chips, plus some coffee. Everything was yummy, juicy, and filling, with really good portions.
The café has such a cozy, welcoming feel, and the service is always quick and friendly. Definitely one of our favorite little spots in Hillsborough!

We got the Mushroom melt with a house salad and the adult grilled cheese with the soup of the day. Food was really good, service was friendly and food came out quick, about 25 minutes after sitting down.
