Amazing restaurant and great food but please, make sure your staff read the reservation notes.
last night when 6 of us were going out for a few collective birthdays we listed all the allergies that our table had trying to do our part listing the dairy, gluten and tree nut allergies at our table. Unfortunately our waiter, nor did the rest of the staff take note of the allergies and garnished our food with cheese, that wasn’t listed on the menu when we ordered our food and served my mom a cannoli that had the ends dipped in roasted hazelnuts.
We had asked to see the desert menu but our waiter said she will bring over some birthday cannolis, great gesture but you should really allow your customers to see what’s in the food, especially if you’ve already had one dish sent back for the night because of allergies.
Night was going to be a great experience but left disappointed that there was an extreme lack of attention to something that should be a top priority when serving guests.
Chatty staff making the experience about them when we’re were trying to catch up after a long time apart was the least of our concerns by the end of the night
P.S. don’t use cherry syrup in your old fashioned unless you have a mixologist in house

This was my first visit to Rocco's Cucina but I was with a group that had visited the previous location. I was very excited to try it as they were all raving about how amazing the food was and I must admit, they were totally right.
The place is small but it's the right kind of atmosphere I am looking for when visiting an Italian restaurant. My wife and her friend loved the arancini ball and all our dinners were delicious. For the first time in a while, I finished my plate.
Price is also very reasonable, even comparable with lesser quality/faster service restaurants.
Service was great, not too fast, not too long. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening there and will definitely be going back.

Exquisite. We were on our way home from a day trip when we caught a whiff from someone carrying out boxes out of the restaurant. Definitely recommend to stop and try it. The ingredients are fresh, and flavors are on point. We'll definitely be back.

Ordered two 12 pizzas to go and as usual they were awesome and we enjoyed their Hillsborough location as well. Only issue to our surprise was they have no phone ! You can't call them and ask a question or make an inquire, phone isn't hooked up yet I was told. Drove their from Dieppe to order our pizzas and had to scan a barcode, download an app and put a credit card on file to order a pizza while standing their.Neither of us are very technically advanced.We have our own insulated pizza bag so we don't mind the distance. This app thing and downloading, scanning a barcode and having a credit card on file is all well and good but it's nice to talk to a human as well. Many of the other place have apps to order food along with a working phone to take orders and answer some questions about a specific item on the menu. Other than the phone thing the food is great as well as their new location..

We have been to Rocco’s many times, but the first time in the new location. Did not disappoint. Food was excellent and fantastic. In the service, Stephanie gave us was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful employee.

Finally got there after hearing about all the hype! Service and atmosphere were stellar , you actually feel like your in an Italien restaurant. We got the Roccos pizza 9.2 /10 beautiful tasty ingredients and the crust is bang on . Risotto ball 8.9 /10, soo flavorful . Cacio a Pepe. ... unfortunately this was a huge miss . 5/10 :( It was recommended by the host but it was very dry, noodles were shredded almost as if they were overcooked and the bread that came with it was very hard, almost inedible. It may have been just bad luck on our part . We definitely try again :)

We have driven past here so many times and finally gave it a try because I had no idea they had such an amazing gluten free menu! We went today for our wedding anniversary lunch and soooooo worth it. The staff amazing, the location beautiful, the music well you can never go wrong with Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra. The food...so happy and so good my Italian heart was happy again, it was real Italian food even my parents would have approved :). The soup, the arranchini the pizza just amazing can't wait to go back and try more!

Got an absolutely wonderful enthusiastic new server yesterday, she was so sweet and personable, the food that we did get to try was awesome! The infamous arancini are absolutely worth the hype (get at least 2 lol) my husband's pizza was amazing, mine was a bit overcooked (and to be clear the server offered to have it remade, I just didn't because I didn't want to be eating after my husband was finished) but all of the ingredients used in everything were wonderful! The fresh pasta was perfectly al dente and the rosé sauce was just Yum! Not to mention the sweet server brought me a cannoli for my birthday and Yum Yum Yum Yum! I will definitely be back!
Sidenote: reading some of the crappy reviews is very irritating, if you genuinely had a terrible experience, I can't see based on what happened yesterday where they don't want to make things right but I won't discount that however, if you want fast food- go to McDonald's, this is a small, local owed business, all of the food is pretty much handmade and fresh to order, so come in, sit down, enjoy yourself and RELAX, the food is coming!

Very authentic! My family was so happy to be here last night. The perfect combo - topnotch service, homey and relaxing ambiance, and the food!! Best in the area. We are from Moncton and nothing will beat Rocco’s! Hands down!! Thank you for such a delightful night.. and guess what? We saw aurora borealis just after the dinner. What a treat!
