This was our 4 wheeler trip destination. It did not disappoint. The service very good as was the food. there was 9 in the group and no one went away hungry.

Incredible dining experience, the food was easily some of the best I've ever had. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. The burger in particular was outstanding and easily ranks among the best I've ever tasted. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Great spot for a beer and a bite to eat. Old tavern vibe, food is simple and delicious.
Kid-friendliness: It is a pub, but they are very accommodating.

Awesome food!
Looking to have a nice country style home-cooked meal this is the place to go. It's a beautiful drive from any direction. All the way into the outback's of Carleton county. The little town does have a few things to offer. They still have the Canadian National railway that passes through, and if you're lucky you might get to see the train. The little town still has its original high school which was also the former Elementary School and now is a secondhand store gym etc. The town has a gas station in a little convenience store.
