The food was excellent, wait staff were friendly and professional. We had an 8pm reservation, but arrived early, it wasn't busy, got seated immediately. Then had a 1.5 hr wait for our food.

La bouffe, c'est pas plus compliqué que ça. La nourriture est excellente. Tout est excellent. Jusqu'aux petits détails des noix dans ta salade qui sont rôties.
Vous ne verrez jamais une carte des vins et bières comme ça ailleurs.
Si vous avez la chance de manger du kangourou, ben essayez ça.

Although I have worked in several kitchens and even managed two restaurants, I am very demanding, especially of those who pride themselves on mastering the art of steak. This restaurant has a reputation for its meats, but I was skeptical. At home, I am a pure carnivore, eating only meat. However, at an office party where the majority enjoyed filet mignon, I have to admit that everyone loved it. You have to give back to Caesar what is Caesar's, and the quality of the meat served has won over even the most critical, including me.

Good restaurants are rare, excellent ones even more so... Cooking with fresh, seasonal produce obviously requires longer preparation time and that's normal! We come there for a culinary experience and we are served at that level. Well done and thank you for this evening ???
Les bons restaurants sont rare, les excellentes encore plus... La cuisine de produits frais et de saison demande évidemment un temps de préparation plus long et c'est normal ! On y vient pour une expérience culinaire et on est servi à ce niveau là. Bravo et merci pour cette soirée 👏👏👏
