I usually go and meet up with others as seniors. Stagg are always very pleasant, helpful, hard workers and because the staff is so busy taking orders, getting them prepared, giving customers their orders, yes, sometimes there is a wait. Any fast food or not customers have to wait. I find customers to be unfairly rude and obnoxious many times when it is beyond staffs control to move any faster. I just want to applaud the hard workers at Tim's Minto. I couldn't do their job and remain positive when customers wants service noŵ. Everything has to be prepared. Your staff all works hard and I find them to be hard workers and deserve respect by all. Way to go staff at Tims Minto. I applaud you guys everyday for your friendliness and hard worker. Just seems to always have nothing in stock. Not a bad thing for company but annoying for customers when it’s every time I try to order. The ladies offered something that they did have but just wasn’t appealing. Good customer service but poor inventory management.

Went to the Smythe Street location to grab a bagel for lunch and I got an very burnt black 4 cheese bagel! It was not edible. Waste of $4.60.
