I got pieces of cookie dough, m&m, and peanut butter cup pieces mixed into my strawberry cheesecake blizzard without asking.

I really liked the service of navjot Kaur. She is extraordinary. And very friendly. To the customers I forget my order she ran through highway to give me my order back. I really liked. The customer service and place was clean and peaceful. Anyone can come and enjoy here relaxing. Here and enjoy the treats. Nice staff. 10 out of 10

This location is great! Super convenient for anyone traveling out of the city towards Fredericton. The hours here are great compared to most other fast food joints, as this location opens at 10AM during the summer rather than 11AM like most other establishments.

The service here is always great, although at times slow due to the amount of customers.

Besides that, they have a great loyalty program with a good earn rate and flexible redemption options.

Great access from the highway. We just sit in the parking lot. We were meeting friends and this was our check point.

Parking: It's a busy lot. Be careful crossing getting into the building.

Burger sizes have shrunk significantly, plus a large price increae (which prices I know are increasing everywhere) However I had no bun and no cheese and thry still charged me an additional 0.79 for extra sauce and there was barely any). I'm definitely not a fan of the new stack burger. I never used to be able to finish a double flame thrower burger (without the bun), I was left feeling hungry. The service was unfriendly and very slow considering it was empty and the amount of staff was plentyful. DQ was always a favorite but now I am finding it subpar

I go to this location at least once a week. The last couple time I have ordered Blizzard and the Indian cashier didn't flip the blizzard upside down so my son said to her oh you didn't flip. He said to her that it supposed be free now. So she refused him and stated it not company policy. She argued and refused to comply with the policy and she was quite rude about it. We called the head office to confirm they it is the policy and they should provide for free is it not flipped upside down. It's not that afford it. It's the fact that the Indian cashier was rude and it's not the first.

Very slow service while no customers were actually in store ! And the kitchen, oh man, not a single worker is wearing any type of gloves, the girl touched her nose and then held the cheese with the same finger for God's sake!!Never again !
