Unfortunately, I experienced absolutely abysmal service which is a shame as the other Miramichi Dixie Lee is absolutely delightful.
- I was ignored in line. Mistakes happen, that's okay. - I was given no explanation on the ticket system they use, fair repeat customers might be accustomed to it but still a little miffed. - I was then given the wrong food items, then I had my recipt taken from me. I had to ask for it back to show that I was given the wrong items, which was ordered a few moments ago. - The cashier then told me to go get a customer in the car park, in their car, for them. Which was the wrong customer who was rightfully upset & confused just as was I. - No proper apology, just here's order and goodbye.
If you are wanting quality service, I would steer clear and skip this one. Treat yourself kindly and make the trip to the Chatham Dixie Lee.

Yesterday I went The food was absolutely disgusting…. Never will go back …. My husband been sick all night and the chicken was really small portions only had 5 popcorn chicken in the box really disappointing … Moncton so much better

This Dixie Lee restaurant is the best in the area but the restaurant is really run down and old but it looks like our Dixie Lee’s in my area back in the day! Poutine was perfect, the sauce is hot and tastes good! Ambiance is the worst I ever seen in my life looks like a 90s or early 2000s sit down restaurant but people like the style of old fashioned restaurants including me but this one is really run down. I still recommend this restaurant because it has the best poutine in the Miramichi area! Only thing is when I was there they only speak English which is no problem for me! I’m a native French speaker but I can read, speak and write English like a native English! I will go again 😊👌

First time to eat here. I find their fries delicious than McDonald's and burgerking, fish dinner is also my favorite here. Good ambience to eat.
Great service and great food. I took it home to serve there. The restaurant is a little outdated and needs some love. Great staff though.

Chicken is inferior to the chicken in Chatham and they need get together with management in Chatham and get their salad recipes frim them because they are terrible in Newcastle now. Mac and Potato salads are not supposed to be filled with grated carrots. Feeling very ripped off today.
