Update: I thought I would give it another try.. but this time I was going to be prepared. I was going to look at the online menu and know exactly what I wanted to get .Me: I'd like to place an order pleaseLady: what you wantMe: I'd like 2 dinner for one combo BLady: We don't have letters , menu in front . I don't take your order . Click.Me: So there is that!The lady who owns or Co owns this place is always just rude. This was not the first time.. It will definitely be the last though.I called to place a take out order and said to her.. I am not sure if it is Dinner C or D but it is the one that has everything in it.. She said look when you figure out what you want to order call back I am very busy. Who in the frig even says that. I called the Welcome Back and the service was next to steller!Side note : another time I went in for a take out order the restaurant was full of people.. I along with a few other people were waiting and the lady came out of the back screaming at the top of her lungs not in English...she didn't skip a beat as she threw herself onto the floor and when I say threw herself ..boy did she ever . You could have heard a pin drop in that place ..A waitress came with a glass of water for her .. she took a sip .. got up and walked back into the kitchen like it never happened ... I couldn't even make that up if I wanted to .

This Chinese restaurant could definitely use an improvement in customer service, however, if you know your order/combination plate you want there will be no issues. I had poor customer service one time, and good customer service twice thereafter. It’s likely they’re busy and want to keep the ball rolling cause they don’t have much staff working. The prices for this Chinese restaurant are actually cheaper than the other restaurants in the area, without an additional $5 up-cost for beef and broccoli instead of chicken chow mein which is nice they do not charge that like other ones in the area. Overall the quality of the food is good, and it’s never a long wait time. Another plus, the restaurant is consistently open even during holidays. If you’re reading this review, I would give it a shot, the food tastes great. But have a look at the menu prior to ordering for best experience.

Absolutely awful customer service- called for takeout and the lady had “no time” to take my order. Refused to take my order, told me she did not have combos and to come into the restaurant then hung up on me.
Phoned to make a order and did not let me finish,was very rude and said we only open another hour go online and look at menu before u order and hung up,poor service for sure,will never order from there again,welcome back has awesome service and excellent food
