My app. Got 1 confirmation and 1 security check from bank. Sat in car waited. They went in and gave name and they said you have 2 orders/ I said no. They said you placed it twice: went into my app and sure enough it was done twice and charged twice. I said ohh no I didn’t do that i want a refund. Not taking that , that’s way too much food I didn’t order. They said you can get it another time: I said no and I wanted a refund but they refused/ and didn’t even get it/ worse customer service ever /

Been to a few KFCs in recent years and it seemed it was hit or miss as far as the food goes. This one here was the best I had in a long time. The chicken was seasoned and cooked as it should and the gravy was as tick as I remember from the good old days. The seasoned fries topped the experience. Had to get up a few times to get utensils, napkins and stuff but we were there at supper time and they were pretty busy!
Food was cold and the fries were rubbery and tasted like yesterdays fries chicken tenders were very small will never get food from this place again

Pretty typical KFC... Nothing really stands out other than the pleasant employees. The ladies there are very friendly and professional. The food pretty standard KFC. The environment clean but nothing special. It's quiet and comfy sitting in a booth. Overall no complaints.

I find KFC, at least in Moncton to be hit or miss and I rarely eat there anymore but while in the Miramichi, I stopped for supper and I was happy with the food and the service was excellent.

Haven't had KFC for about two years. Received some coupons and decided to give it another try. It was really delicious compared to the last time. My only concern is that I am not sure who cuts these chickens but we can't tell what the pieces are!?. I have never seen chicken pieces like these....... disconcerting.🤔

I was very disappointed today. Got my meal and my gravy was watered down so much. Did the fries in and it wouldn't stick on the fries!
Ordered through the app, and it froze on payement page. Ended up getting my order x2, and they wouldn't let me cancel one of them.
