Visiting from out of town for a sports event and decided to stop here with the family. I will not be returning to this location. The wait was almost 15 min from the time we placed the order through the app. Once we got the food it looked like they were trying to roll the burgers like a burrito and then remembered what they were and just decided to wrap them in a huge mess. The buns were soaked in grease. Overall it was not great. McDonaldâs can be hit or miss at any location but I think this might rank top 5 worst visits for me personally.

The food here is hit and miss. Sometimes it's real good and other times it's just downright disgusting. Especially at night. The last couple times I ate here was at night on my lunch hour around 1AM and I was not impressed at all. Mcdonald's, you seriously need to improve your food and be more mindful about who you hire. Your reputation depends on it. Especially in a small community like Miramichi.

I been to this McDonaldâs twice within the past 2 day the first day I waited 20 mins for my order to be taken then tonight I went and I waited 15 mins then they didnât give me the right drink and all I had was an ice coffee and I went back to complain but they didnât care and look at like I was crazy even thoo I wanted an ice coffee hope you do better or at least not be as slow

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the night manager. did not get his name but last night around 11:00 me and my husband came back to mcdonalds in miramichi to tell them we did not get our full order after he had driven all the way home and payed over $40, so they said to pull up and we asked if they could remake our food as it was now cold. the manager started to YELL AT MY HUSBAND out the drive thru window saying âyou should have ate it, heres the rest of your mealâ refusing to even acknowledge his mistake. we argued for a good 5 minutes until he told us to pull up to number one with an attitude. it is called customer service for a reason. now im not a karen but this is absolutely disgusting and i hope that no one else has to deal with him. mcdonalds watch who you hire, especially in a small town like miramichi where word travels about rude people. disgusting behaviour.

Food is usually okay/good, just items being forgotten is not great... Usually no complaints, but not receiving a 10 pack of chicken nuggets on multiple occasions can be a bit disappointing.
Not so much about the food as the price of it and paying for something that you discover you didn't even get upon getting home. Sweet & Sour sauce was in the bag, but no nuggets.... Disappointing considering they are almost $10... We are about 20 mins away from the restaurant and weren't exactly keen on driving back over...
