Ordered online for the first, and last, time today. Despite all efforts to the contrary Pizza Salvatore requires a confirmed email and cell number just to make a pre-paid order.
A bare 2h16m later the first completely unrelated spam showed up in my inbox from Pizza Salvatore shilling for some travel company called Cheaper Vacations, and, of course, there is NO unsubscribe link.
Hence forth all emails from this mediocre at best pizza joint go directly to junk, block sender, do not pass go.

Stopped in to get a poutine for supper. Waited 45 minutes before deciding to ask for a refund instead. While waiting the employees were all standing in the kitchen just talking. Another customer came in to pick up his online order and no one came out to help him for over five minutes. When we asked for a refund the guy offered to make the poutine and give a discount on our next order, he said it would be only five minutes to make the poutine after already waiting almost an hour, declined and took the refund. As we are getting our refund one of the guys in the back takes some popcorn chicken out of the fryer basket and starts eating it. Absolutely disgraceful restaurant.

This place has gone so far down hill. Half the time you don't even get what you ordered. Then, you end up waiting almost 2 hours or more every single time. Theynever offer any discounts and the excuses are out of this world... I don't think I'll be returning. The food isn't even the same quality...
