Ordered online for the first, and last, time today. Despite all efforts to the contrary Pizza Salvatore requires a confirmed email and cell number just to make a pre-paid order.
A bare 2h16m later the first completely unrelated spam showed up in my inbox from Pizza Salvatore shilling for some travel company called Cheaper Vacations, and, of course, there is NO unsubscribe link.
Hence forth all emails from this mediocre at best pizza joint go directly to junk, block sender, do not pass go.

Stopped in to get a poutine for supper. Waited 45 minutes before deciding to ask for a refund instead. While waiting the employees were all standing in the kitchen just talking. Another customer came in to pick up his online order and no one came out to help him for over five minutes. When we asked for a refund the guy offered to make the poutine and give a discount on our next order, he said it would be only five minutes to make the poutine after already waiting almost an hour, declined and took the refund. As we are getting our refund one of the guys in the back takes some popcorn chicken out of the fryer basket and starts eating it. Absolutely disgraceful restaurant.

This place has gone so far down hill. Half the time you don't even get what you ordered. Then, you end up waiting almost 2 hours or more every single time. Theynever offer any discounts and the excuses are out of this world... I don't think I'll be returning. The food isn't even the same quality...

Placed a mobile order on the night of 10 NOV. I paid extra for Feta cheese & Alfredo base on the pizza and unfortunately it was all missing. Also the crust was over toasted & some parts were over crispy. After bringing this to his attention, he put a handful of feta cheese on top of pizza and that’s it. Seriously can’t believe this. ///MORE IMPORTANTLY: The guy who was working that day, was so PISSED OFF & IRRITATED with someone on his personal phone. When we were eating pizza , he was constantly shouting like crazy on the phone from the backend & that thing kept going until we left. This atmosphere felt like I was in a bar and security was kicking out the drunk person from their place. This behavior of staff in itself is not a good sign for business. Whoever’s replying to this comment please check on what was going on in the store with that staff if you want your business to flourish. Visited on 10 NOV around 11 pm.

Pizza was very undercooked and soggy on the bottom. Crust had absolutely no flavor. I've had pizza from this chain in other places and it was better.
The food here is good, and they have great coupons if you order online. The staff are always quick to have it ready and are friendly.
When I get pizza here sometimes I wish the crust was a little crispier and more done but that’s my only critique.

The food here is pretty good so we keep going back. But the service is slow and frequently wrong. On our last and visit we ordered a large but got home to find a medium in a large pizza box. All the dipping sauces were forgotten and the pizza was cold. We also were made to wait an additional 20 minutes after the app said that the food was ready.
