I’ve never entered a Starbucks where I haven’t been greeted with at least a hello. There were three people behind the counter and they were clearly busy. We waited 5 minutes before someone came from the back, either from break or starting shift and were finally greeted. The original three behind the counter completed ignored us the entire time. The drinks and food were fine and up to standard. Not sure if this is a staffing issue (not enough people) or training, but it was the worst customer experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks.

My latte tasted just like milk, it took me 30 minutes to wait and what's more, I ordered 2 cake pops which he no longer had and he only refunded me one.

Here one employee in this store name is kayel , he us such a bad guy like he don’t know how to talk with customer when i was came in store talk with rudly me and every person. Same day one door dasher delivery guy came in store and pickup the order and he told him to we don’t have any order for you why u came in store . This is not good meaner i think management give him training to how to talk with everyone
