Employees are rude and careless. There is no care put in to making the sandwiches anymore and I’m never satisfied when coming here anymore. They literally just throw vegetables onto the sandwich as if someone isn’t about to actually eat it? And it’s always incredibly messy. Train your staff to do their job properly.

This was hands down one of the worst experiences I have ever had at any fast food chain. The staff were arguing with each other, distracted by their children in store, argued with 2 customers in store while I was waiting in line. I got 2 subs, which one was meatball - they pulled the meatballs from the fridge and did not heat them up at all asides from the 20 seconds in the toaster- causing them to be ice cold. I purchased a $30 giftcard to receive their free cookies promotion. They would not let me keep my receipt, she ripped it from my hand. I went to check the remaining balance on my card (as my subs were around $24 total) and it appears they deactivated the giftcard I purchased. I would absolutely recommend avoiding this location all together.

Staff seems extremely unpleasant. Lady also stopped while making my sandwich to open the door, and went right back to making my food with the same dirty gloves she used on the door knob. I admit I wanted to walk out but was a little embarrassed to just leave like that, even though I should have. So I paid for the sandwich and through it in the garbage on my way out. I also understand that many people do not subscribe to this level of cleanliness, but I do. Take care.

I went to this subway location and over there a lady from black community treat us very bad She don’t even deserve to work there I just asked her to put the sauce in zigzag rather than doing that she just started arguing with me and through my sub in the bin and she start shoutings at us She was very bed and ridiculous I suggest everyone to not go there because here service is just wastage of time and money

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Subway on Jane Street in Miramichi! We stopped in for a quick lunch, and I was blown away by the exceptional service we received from Donalola. She is truly outstanding—efficient, friendly, and such a beautiful soul who radiates light from within.
It was heartwarming to see how well she knows her regular clients, even remembering their favorite orders! Her remarkable service made our visit extra special, and it’s so refreshing to encounter such genuine care in customer service.

I just want to say how great of a job this subway does! They have an exceptionally professional staff team, and they were always friendly, even though it was extraordinarily busy there. The service and food was great and overall it was a great experience. The young lady serving me did a fantastic job! I cant remember her name, but she still deserves recognition for her outstanding work. I will be back again, and I encourage anyone in the Miramichi who likes great food and efficient and friendly service to as well!
