Sat in the drive through for almost 5 minutes today with 2 toddlers in the car before having to drive off. We sat there waiting for someone to take my order while three subway employees sat by the back door staring at me, clearly seeing me with kids waiting there while they were smoking their cigarettes. Maybe don’t take your smoke break all at the same time ? Guess we’re going to subway Newcastle from now on.

Sub was overcooked and nearly empty. Ordered double meat and double cheese, there was barely a single portion of meat all clumped together at one side of the sub, the rest was all bread.
Also, for something with 3 different types of sauce, it was dry as can be.

twice in a row they overheat the breads, turning a flatbread into hard tortilla like bread, second time the tomato bin was full of rot (nearly half the bin), and employees weren't doing anything about it. I don't believe a restaurant should be open if they serve rotten food. Employees were rude too.
