2 days ago I wrote a review regarding the phone hung up on and my London fogs not being made correctly. I called this morning to see if maybe their machine is broken I spoke to the manager on staff and she was very pleasant, very helpful. She also made sure i received a delicious London fog. I ended up telling her what happened. I came back to leave a positive review. She took care of business and also apologized eveb though she wasn't at fault and wasn't working that day. Today our Tim’s experience was a unicorn. The coffee and food came in good time and was correct. They had everything available that we asked for from the menu. The servers were friendly and efficient and spoke perfect English.
The nexus of all these things at once - at a Tim Horton’s - made us look out the window to see if there was a solar eclipse.

I found a hair in my food and this was the second time in a matter of months. The first time was in a cookie and this time it was in a donut. I didn't go back and tell them the first time but when it happened again I felt they should know. A couple of employees asked where I bought it but didn't offer an apology or a replacement donut. I just hope they learn to be more careful.

Horrible experience, got breakfast and my husbands biscuit was cold and they didint put any sauce on, but most importantly, the egg on his sandwich and mine were both gone bad. They were grey in color and smelt and tasted horrible something very hard to miss and still served it, we will never being going back to tim hortons, thank god miramichi opened a star bucks!
