Today our Tim’s experience was a unicorn. The coffee and food came in good time and was correct. They had everything available that we asked for from the menu. The servers were friendly and efficient and spoke perfect English.
The nexus of all these things at once - at a Tim Horton’s - made us look out the window to see if there was a solar eclipse.

I found a hair in my food and this was the second time in a matter of months. The first time was in a cookie and this time it was in a donut. I didn't go back and tell them the first time but when it happened again I felt they should know. A couple of employees asked where I bought it but didn't offer an apology or a replacement donut. I just hope they learn to be more careful.

Horrible experience, got breakfast and my husbands biscuit was cold and they didint put any sauce on, but most importantly, the egg on his sandwich and mine were both gone bad. They were grey in color and smelt and tasted horrible something very hard to miss and still served it, we will never being going back to tim hortons, thank god miramichi opened a star bucks!
