Today our Tim’s experience was a unicorn. The coffee and food came in good time and was correct. They had everything available that we asked for from the menu. The servers were friendly and efficient and spoke perfect English.

The nexus of all these things at once - at a Tim Horton’s - made us look out the window to see if there was a solar eclipse.

I visited her yesterday and the employee named harbeer was outstanding and she was so polite and she suggested me couple of good options though and her customer service was the best and efficient.

Great service.. resolved my issue in a short time.. general manager or store manager I think her name was dwen (not sure)she was very polite.understood my issue..very nice and friendly..great service.. staff who took my order and made my grilled cheese was very friendly and great.. thank you
