2 days ago I wrote a review regarding the phone hung up on and my London fogs not being made correctly. I called this morning to see if maybe their machine is broken I spoke to the manager on staff and she was very pleasant, very helpful. She also made sure i received a delicious London fog. I ended up telling her what happened. I came back to leave a positive review. She took care of business and also apologized eveb though she wasn't at fault and wasn't working that...

Today our Tim’s experience was a unicorn. The coffee and food came in good time and was correct. They had everything available that we asked for from the menu. The servers were friendly and efficient and spoke perfect English.
