Tim Hortons removed their drive-thru garbage bins, and now the corner is covered in Tim’s cups. It’s messy, and it seems like it pushes the clean-up onto the public instead of fixing the actual problem.
Putting a bin back at the entrance of the drive thru would solve 90% of this instantly. Please take responsibility for the mess your customers clearly have nowhere else to put.

I order the same thing pretty much every morning ,a London fog is part of my order. This morning they sent me a reg tea which obviously I didn’t order. So I re-ordered and told the dasher to let someone know that they made a mistake and gave me a reg tea and I ordered 2 more London fogs. Because hey.. 2 is better than one , or so I thought.Whoever is working there did the same thing, sent just a tea. And one of them had coffee and a teabag like what? So I called and the man who answered made a grumpy ugh sound when I said my order is wasnt correct then he put the phone down on the counter in the middle of when I was explaining, I kept saying hello hello and I stayed on the phone waiting for someone to pick up, repeating hello! Someone picked up then hung up without even saying anything. See if I was feeling better I would have driven down instead of spending 2 trips on a dasher! A London fog does not taste like a reg tea with maybe one milk I think they put in. So yeah, I order every morning and obviously whoever is working hasn’t a clue on how to make the frothy London fog!! I wasn’t happy with the service and obviously with my order. $30 later… it may not e a big deal to some but when you look forward to that spark of happiness in the morning then get ignored and nothing corrected kind of puts a bee in my bonnet!

I ordered No meat pizza and i found meat pieces on it. I am vegetarian and i strictly mentioned about it. still happened, also a girl on cash has not good attitude towards customers. All tables were not cleaned. Bad experience.
