I have been to this location 7 times, each time my entire order was wrong! I was there on October 19, and my order was wrong, l brought it back and again they gave me the wrong sandwich. I was upset by now and raised my voice and the girl at the counter told me if I didn't stop raising my voice then l would have to leave the store. I HAVE NEVER GONE TO THAT TIM HORTENS AND HAVE GOTTEN WHAT I ORDERED. I HAVE SPOKEN TO A SUPERVISOR ONCE AND EXPLAINED MY FRUSTRATION, YET IT DOES NOT IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE!. THIS IS THE WOREST TIM HORTEN IN THE MIRAMICHI AREA. WHAT A WAY TO START YOUR MORNING, I LEAVE THERE UPSET EVERY TIME.

Most disorganized Tim hortons I’ve ever seen. I waited a very long time for a breakfast wrap that never came because they did not have any hash browns. The employees making the food did not tell the employees serving at the front. They asked if double meat was fine as a substitute I said was fine. But by that time the hash browns were done and they came back and told me they had them. 25mins for a tea and a breakfast wrap and even then they forgot the chipotle sauce on the wrap.

Make sure to double check your coffee before leaving they've got a bad habit of making it wrong. Oh and if you wanted grilled cheese too bad pizza took its place.
