Always had a good experience here. This is usually our pitstop for coffee and pastries, which are both always fresh. Employees are friendly too. Toilet can be cleaner; however, given the amount of people coming and going, they'd need to clean it every 10 mins. I've always found the toilets decent enough to be used.

As much as possible, I avoid going to this location cause it is the worst. Slow service, burnt coffee, iced coffee that has mostly only cream in it (gross), bagel with cream cheese that ends up with cream cheese the size of a quarter for a whole bagel. They charge more but put less. However, yesterday was the last straw. We got there and the line up was very long so we ordered at the self-served kiosk. On the screen there was only 2 other orders waiting. 10 minutes later, still no order. My order consisted of 3 drinks and 2 pastries. The line up was still very long but these people were getting there orders. After 20 minutes, our name got called but it wasn't to give us our order. It was to ask what our order was. What's the point of putting in an order if you have no clue what the order is? After finally 35 minutes we got our order, which would you believe all 3 drinks were wrong? Anyways we had enough. We just trashed our drinks and left. Do not order EVER at the self-serve kiosk or through the app unless you are willing to wait over half an hour.
In the meantime, while waiting, a worker dropped on the floor, all the cups he was trying to store. Rims upside down and all. He just picked them up and stored them for usage instead of throwing it to the trash. My daughter looked at me and said she wouldn't trust her food now.

Worst experience ever at Tim Hortons. Asked for Veggie Cheese Pizza with tomatoes, they gave pepperoni with tomatoes. Are you kidding me? We are vegetarians – this is against our religion! Absolute nonsense. The staff who did this should be fired. Shame on you Tim Hortons.

Mixed bag if the people taking your order will be polite or not. Coin toss in if your order will be correct. Ordered a wrap with no tomato and did they ever just layer the tomatoes on it.

There was a bit of a line so I ordered a steeped tea at the self serve machine thinking it would be faster. I could see that the tea was brewed but no one was there to make it. When I finally got to the cashier I said I ordered and paid for a tea at the machine. She then asked another girl to make it. What’s the purpose of the machine to order something if it takes just as long? Terrible service.

I have been to this location 7 times, each time my entire order was wrong! I was there on October 19, and my order was wrong, l brought it back and again they gave me the wrong sandwich. I was upset by now and raised my voice and the girl at the counter told me if I didn't stop raising my voice then l would have to leave the store. I HAVE NEVER GONE TO THAT TIM HORTENS AND HAVE GOTTEN WHAT I ORDERED. I HAVE SPOKEN TO A SUPERVISOR ONCE AND EXPLAINED MY FRUSTRATION, YET IT DOES NOT IMPROVE THEIR SERVICE!. THIS IS THE WOREST TIM HORTEN IN THE MIRAMICHI AREA. WHAT A WAY TO START YOUR MORNING, I LEAVE THERE UPSET EVERY TIME.
