Wonderful experience in Miramichi & VERA kitchen and bar. Staff were extremely nice and informative, got our food quickly. We came in around mid July for dinner, ordered the Lobster Crostini and the Lobster Mac n Cheese, which is more of a well known hidden menu item but WOW! So creamy, cheesy, delicious and the lobster tastes so fresh as if they just fished it out of the water in front of us! One of the best meals I have had, I also ordered a Caesar with a meat stick which was delicious!! Server was fantastic and she kept reading my mind while we were in the restaurant, very well trained and obviously has a lot of experience being a server! Highly recommend this place if you are in Miramichi, a lot of places in the city cant compare to VERA and the location is excellent! Thanks again :)

I visited VERA Kitchen & Bar three times over the course of a couple of weeks before it closed down for the season. Great food, service and summer ambiance. It should be open until the end of September (all places at Richie Warf). I’d eat their lobster 🦞 Mac & Cheese everyday if possible.

I want to share an incredible experience I had at Vera’s Restaurant in Ritchie Wharf, thanks to the honesty and kindness of Cassea.
After enjoying my lunch, I accidentally left my purse by the water and was completely distraught, worried someone might take it along with my credit cards, house keys, and identification.
I called the restaurant in a panic, and Cassea went above and beyond to help me. She found my purse and ensured it was safely returned to me. Her honesty and care in a stressful situation were truly remarkable.
It’s such a relief and a joy to know there are people like her in the world. Vera’s Restaurant clearly has an amazing team, and I cannot thank Cassea enough for her kindness.

Unfortunately the bug screen takes away from the beautiful view.Prefered the atmosphere without the bug screen.So much nicer out in the open.Also the set up defeats the purpose of, as the door to this “new cage” is open. Will not go back. They destroyed the atmosphere.Sad.
