Fruit flies at the fountain pop machine and the place had a smell of raw sewage.. I wish I had went to IHOP next door. Would recommend avoiding.

I used to come here weekly. I have a lot of allergies and generally A&W makes it easy for me to have take out. Today I made a mistake when I was ordering when I applied an offer and remade my order. I cannot eat my sandwich and I politely explained the situation to be met with a demeaning attitude from the woman at the counter. I will not come back.

We are huge A&W fans and frequent the restaurant a few times per month. Unfortunately we were at this location around 5pm today and the service was awful. We ordered inside rather than the drive through. The cashier kept cutting us off, really poor customer service. We waited for about 20 minutes to get our food…. At a fast food place that is unacceptable. On top of that, they messed up the order in front of us which delayed our order and no one could understand each other. The atmosphere and customer service level is really poor.

So we stopped at this restaurant tonight and it was an experience! We ordered, the guy at counter was fast and efficient however immediately when he saw that we wanted to pay with $100 bill he said I can’t change that, umm ok for our $50 meal? At the very least any cash should operate with a $100 float( we are business owners and well aware of this) anyhow so we said ok and went over to the gas station cash and tried to see if we could change it, ya no, same answer! (Even though we witnessed multiple persons come in and pay cash) I then drive back to our hotel to get my purse to pay for our food. We are very well aware that money laundering is a thing in the world however a $100 bill is issued by the bank is a legal form of payment, this entire establishment very obviously has been advised to not accept them, 1. If so please put a sign on your outside door stating this 2. It is a legal form of payment, maybe you should have a money reader so I can prove I am an honest customer 3. Totally not the employees fault!
Gurmeen's service is best. she always recommend the great deals going on. She is very polite and helpful. Best food ever, will always recommend this location to my friends.

Worst service. Never gonna stop here again. Staff is so unprofessional. Specifically the girl named Chaman. She is so rude and have zero knowledge of customer service. Even after taking order i request her to pour honey in my coffee and she was not ready to do that even asked me to do it by myself by giving it on side, i could have do that atleast she should behave nice and polite, when I calmly requested her to do then she went at the back by giving me ignorance look and asked another guy to help me….they were extra loud at the back. Manager or supervisor need to take action. As we come to here to get service not to face rude and unprofessional behaviour. Her way of responding and unnecessarily rude behaviour spoil my day.
