Came here at 1:40. It says it closes at 2 but no one showed up at the drive through speaker or window. This has happened twice with me at this point. Just dont say its open till 2 if it's not open!!!!!!

Can’t rate the food as there were 2 people, myself and another party that stood there, knocked on the wall, and called hello, at one point the person working there came out, poured a glass of sofa and whet to the back again all the while never even looked up at us and returned to the back. He never waited on us at all. At this point I simply left the building Absolutely terrible service. Sorry that’s wrong. You need to give service for it to be bad

I usually get the beyond meat burger. My mom was told at the drive-through that their new mezza burger was vegan. They told her it was vegan, so I started eating it. It tasted odd, so I looked up the ingredients, and it's not vegan. Whoever told my mom it was vegan is responsible for me getting sick the next day because I'm lactose intolerant. Thank God I don't have a deadly allergy... And now they never have the beyond meat burger. They went from my favorite fast food spot to one I won't consider much. Please do better!

You can always count on A&W to get a decent meal for a decent price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and hey, it's Canadian owned and operated! Well worth a visit.

Just terrible so sad. Microwaved uncle burger, it was piping hot but you can tell it was over microwaved and the cheese was super thin and falling everywhere. What a let down.

Fruit flies at the fountain pop machine and the place had a smell of raw sewage.. I wish I had went to IHOP next door. Would recommend avoiding.
Just one thing to say, the best service I have received in a long time. The girl named Gurmeen is wonderful. She went above and beyond to help and serve us.

I used to come here weekly. I have a lot of allergies and generally A&W makes it easy for me to have take out. Today I made a mistake when I was ordering when I applied an offer and remade my order. I cannot eat my sandwich and I politely explained the situation to be met with a demeaning attitude from the woman at the counter. I will not come back.
