I ordered masala’s veggie burger and the old lady was t cash at 9:15 she had no smile on her face rude look just took my order and didn’t even gave me my receipt just went towards drive thru and after 3-4 min gave me my food there you go no greeting nothing. I didn’t like that atmosphere.

One fries was supposed to be poutined. Teen burger was supposed to be made a double and was made a single. Kids HAMburger was not supposed to have cheese. Only ketchup pickles and onions. They made the second burger with mayo and mustard. So we got a knife to scrape it off. Was not happy about this visit at all! We did not feel welcomed there and felt like we were being pushed out the door. Employee also stated to us “Jesus Christ I’m going to kill them” highly inappropriate! Another customer stated to us “holy. Seems like they don’t want you guys to eat here at all” I know yall probably don’t care about the money part just from 3 people but we will not be back! We are from PEI and I (my wife) have worked for A&W and I would never have allowed any of this to happen while I was working. Inappropriate behaviour and language! Spent a lot of money for a 1 income home just to have this happen!

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at any fast food place the woman at the counter acted like I was ruining her day just by ordering. No smile, no thank you, just attitude. Just bad energy all around and the one girl rolled her eyes when I asked a question about our order. I get that u guys are tired from working all day, but that doesn’t give u the right to be rude to customers. Were not the reason you’re having a bad day but be professional .

This is not a good place if you are hungry and time is of the essence. Although it was open on the map, I went and it was closed until 7pm and I was thinking of a private party there.

Never have we used their drive-thru as we prefer, given time allotted, to eat inside. Always welcomed here. Great service and outgoing servers. We sat down to await our meals, and the person who took our order actually broke our meals to our table. Much appreciated. I'm trying to cut down on my cholesterol (age 65), and I have to say, A&W has the best tasting meat free burgers that I've ever had. It's even more tastey than an actual beef burger.
