Just dropping a review to commend your staff at noon on April 25th. My son had just been taken in for surgery at the Moncton Hospital and my husband and I hadn’t eaten since the day before. I was quite teary when we stopped in at Arby’s to quickly grab something to eat before heading back to the hospital. The cashier who took our order was really lovely and compassionate. She reached out her hand to comfort me and another staff handed me a napkin to wipe my tears. The food was served quickly, but it is the kindness they showed that was most meaningful. Thank you so much.

Burned my bun on the sandwich. Made wrong sandwich. Charged for sauce even though it was their mistake.
I came here to have lunch and ordered baked potato, i tried the crispy fish, the service was excellent and friendly staff, food served hot and fresh. Will definitely comeback since i’m living around the area.
