Stopped in for lunch. The restaurant was clean and, despite being busy for the lunch rush, we got our food very quickly. My wife had the Philly and I had the Reuben. The fries were the highlight—the crinkle cut were good, and the curly fries were fine (tasted exactly like Jack in the Box fries). However, the Reuben was a letdown. While the flavor was fine, the bread wasn't firm at all—it had the texture of a limp tortilla, which was the most dissatisfying part of the meal. Good service and cleanliness, but the sandwich bread needs improvement.

First time after 16 years, (Bedford location no longer exists), I was looking forward to a ham melt.... Only to learn they stopped serving them.
I ordered the Greek Poutine... When I recieved it, it was missing the meat aspect. I brought it back up to the countwand they offered to make me a new one, free of charge, while also letting me keep the one that was missing the meat. The service was fantastic, restaurant was clean and updated. Still missing the ham melt, wish they'd bring it back!

The Philly sandwich was a total disappointment. It was messy and had no roast beef taste. The baked potato was good.
Food was good but not very hot. There are booster seats and high chairs but no baby changing station in the washroom.

Just dropping a review to commend your staff at noon on April 25th. My son had just been taken in for surgery at the Moncton Hospital and my husband and I hadn’t eaten since the day before. I was quite teary when we stopped in at Arby’s to quickly grab something to eat before heading back to the hospital. The cashier who took our order was really lovely and compassionate. She reached out her hand to comfort me and another staff handed me a napkin to wipe my tears. The food was served quickly, but it is the kindness they showed that was most meaningful. Thank you so much.
