Fantastic night!! We dined as a party of 7; the ambience was very unique, welcoming and enjoyable. Our server Jenn was excellent & patient as we had many varying requests. The food was absolutely delicious. The owner of the restaurant (Sandro) came to our table to introduce himself and ensured all our needs were met. We highly recommend this restaurant to any family looking for something more than the typical chain restaurant experience. Great food, great atmosphere and wonderful service. Five out of five for sure!

Had an amazing spinach dip. Then waited an hour for our burgers which were awful when they came out.. food all tasted like it sat in the window for quite some time. Service was great and we did get a free dessert.

Very friendly waiter. Pizza was mediocre; although they didn’t skimp out on the amount of toppings, the toppings themselves are somewhat blandly thrown onto the pizza, lacking flavour, and not complementing each other. Just tastes like a bunch of ingredients were combined, but not forming anything concrete.

Absolutely delicious food. My husband had the Lasagna and I had the cheese tortellini! We started with pop corn shrimp and a Ceasars salad. The ambiance is beautiful, the music isn't too loud and the staff are very friendly! I would give it more stars if I could!

Great service, our waitress was super friendly, the stuffed mushroom caps were DELICIOUS!!!!! For our meals my husband had the Parmesan Chicken which he loved and I had the incredible Lasagna! Everything was awesome, we will definitely be recommending this place and coming more often!!!!!

I had to pinch myself to see if I was dreaming! The place is gorgeous inside and that music! Close your eyes and you could believe you are in Europe. The wait staff are awesome. I spent my dinner with my adorable neighbors who treated me. I had a Caesar Salad & the Classic Peperoni Pizza. We shared the stuffed mushrooms...oh my. They both had the Baci Burger and Fries. Hello!!!! Delish! I must go there again. By the way... this place would be a perfect First Date place to go. Anyone interested? LoL.

Une serveuse très gentille qui parlais francais. Sa ce vois qu'elle aime sont travail. L'ambiance est parfaite dans ce restaurant pour prendre un repas entre amis et passer une merveilleuse soirée. Et les portions en vos la peine.

My friend and I went, and we liked the quiet atmosphere. The service was excellent, we really enjoyed the pizza and lasagna we had (waiter gave us the recommendation of grabbing another dish with a pizza), and it had to hands down be some of the best Italian food in town. We were even discounted our drinks since we were initially just going to grab water to fit our budget.
On April 1st 2022 my mom and aunt came to visit for the weekend and because they aren't from here I thought it would be nice to take them out to Baci Italia. As we walked in, we were greeted almost instantly. I saw the waitress getting the 3 menus so I asked her if we can have 1 French menu and 2 English ones. "Sorry, we're not bilingual ". Is the answer that was given. We then are asked to follow her to our table. Midway she's asked us to go back to where we came in and have a seat as our table wasn't cleaned. When the table was clean and we finally got seated, a different waitress took us over and was very polite and gave great service. Two of us had asked for coffee which ended up being a special coffee and the mugs were only less than half filled. The taste was terrible and they were $4 each. Basic coffee was all they had asked for. The food was very good on their part but as for myself I didn't like it so I didn't eat much of it. The waitress came around with a takeout box but I didn't like it so I wasn't going to bring any home. When she brought us our bills she got me to pay first and then my aunt. We both hadn't given a tip because we obviously didn't feel we needed to or should give one. As my mom is paying and leaving a tip, she looks at my aunt insulted and sarcasrically asked " was the service not good tonight?" We were stunned. It is the customers right for one and for the other, a tip is for the overall experience. Meaning when you walk through the doors until you get up to leave. It is not only based on the serving of the food. We are people who like to travel and never heard of that. The restaurant is in New Brunswick , and especially it being in Moncton, bilingualism should be recommended and not turned away from. Also, giving attitude because someone decided not to give you a tip is very rude. Safe to say we will NOT be back!
