Really messed up our order on door dash. One container of was half dumped out and we got the wrong order completely. Waited an hour for it as well.

I've had the food twice so far and it was great but my only issue is that they never pick their phone and the online ordering isn't always a hit either as I've had to order several times before my order is confirmed, and their online menu doesn't have noodles which is something that made me want to try this business to begin with.I'm unfortunately allergic to pineapple and they will not do substitution even if you tell them so while the food is tasty their flexibility is lacking and I'm forced to spend extra money for chicken I can eat.Also hours say they are open but owner says they are not this week. I've tried to order 2 weeks ago, and today. Owner is saying my order was substituted but it was not last time, only the first time I ordered from the business. I ordered the noodles due to it.
