The service is the worst have ever come encounter in all restaurants have been in. I took my kids out to have dinner and we got a seat immediately no problem. But we had to wait for anyone to even ask us a drink or even have water for 25minutes before anyone showed up. My kids started to ask me if we gonna be able to eat in this place? ???? . Very much disappointed of Moncton Boston Pizza.

Super good restaurant and I love the pasta, very well cooked and lots of cheese! The fries with parmesan cheese were also super good! Service in English when I was at this Boston pizza! But can have service in French too I think! But the service was not a problem I can understand English and speak it comfortably!To recommend! Very delicious ?

Pizza was very good.We waited quite awhile to get our bill. Waitstaff apologized as she had been pulled away to help with a large party. We didn't think that was right but didn't complain to her and appreciated her honesty and professionalism.

I went there with my wife and two kids. We got there at 3:45pm January 26th 2024. The place was almost empty, we were greeted and seated as soon as we got in. Once we sat down, there was a table near us that were placing there order. Well guess what, they placed their order, got their order and then started to order dessert when we have yet to even be asked for drinks let alone food. All this happening while there is 3 to 5 staff members just chatting away next to us. At 4:10pm we decided to just leave since clearly we weren’t important enough to get served at all…. Thank you Boston Pizza!

Pretty good for a chain restaurant. I usually get the Tomato and Mushroom Alfredo but I tried the Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese. It was pretty good and a generous portion. The service was also pretty good. The waitress was cheerful and prompt. She came to check on us twice and made sure everything was ok. The menu changes what seems like every quarter. The atmosphere is a bit chaotic it seems because of the loud music but that's not enough to not come back
