To be honest. I prefer McDonald's in quality and price. I don't know. Why BK is expensive in Monton. I was in Toronto and there is cheap and delicius.

Proper plastic straws, friendly staff, good food.EDITED REVIEW: I knew it would happen one day, but I hoped it wouldn't be so soon. Cardboard straws, very disappointed.Edit #2: The plastic ban was lifted, yet STILL they insist on using cardboard garbage straws. What a disappointment.
Dec 9th, 2023 in the evenings the young guy didn’t put any ketchup in the bag. I asked for some where he got me to pull ahead, he looked terrified I was going to ask him to grab some. I just drove around in traffic, waited in line, he asked me to pay for another order when I asked for ketchup in the drive thru. He then gives me 2 packets for a couple meals. I was like ??? and literally asked if it was coming out of his paycheck as a joke, he slammed the window. I can’t pull ahead more than a foot because he’s too timid to tell people to pull up further on the left where literally every car had to do for them to get the orders done. Sundae was sloppy, food cold. Called twice to ask what’s up and no reply just went to a voicemail box that was full. No wonder lol

The first time there and probably won't be back. I ordered a combo with a burger that's supposed to have crispy onions on it. When I took the top bun off, I found raw onions on it. My fries were also very cold. I took it back and their response was "we ran out of crispy onion so we exchanged them with raw onions", without letting me know! I hate raw onions! The asked me if I wanted something else so I asked for the bacon king burger but I only wanted 1 patty, not 2. They gave me 2 patties. This all took place when I was the only customer in the restaurant and no one in the drive thru line so they weren't busy at all. Attention to detail folks!
