Hands down the best vegetarian food I’ve ever eaten (if not the best food PERIOD)! Lovely atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, and all around mouth watering dishes. My partner has been coming for years and couldn’t wait to bring me once we were both finally back in town. It did NOT disappoint!! The Moustafa Melt, the Beet & Goat salad, and the carrot cake were our absolute faves. An absolute must visit when in Moncton!!!
My wife and I went for lunch at Calactus a week ago (August 2024) and I can't remember the last time I've been so satisfied with meal. I had a lasagna bolognese and a salad. The salad was very fresh with lots of crunchy veggies. The star of the meal though was the lasagna. If I didn't know the lasagna was vegetarian, I would have never known. Probably ranks as one of the best lasagnas I've ever had. I make a pretty awesome homemade lasagna but this one...
