Carrabba's Italian Grill (Moncton)

My fiancee, myself and a friend of ours came in on a Sunday about 2 months ago, and our server Alex was an absolute sweetheart of a man who took such wonderful care of us. The food was delicious (as it always is when I come here), but Alex went above and beyond that to ensure we had a lovely lunch. Thanks Alex! We hope we're lucky enough to have you serve us again next time we come back.

My Waiter was very rude and inattentive. She was also extremely unknowledgeable on dietary restrictions. Wait for food was long even though there was barely anyone in the restaurant and the server was never around to refill waters or ask if we needed anything which we did. Food was ok, but some dishes were served room temperature. Felt like we were being ignored! Very unhappy with my experience.

Frederic was the most amazing and kind server. We came with my 6 year old nice and he made her feel so special and was so kid and patient. The food was to die for. We will be back!!!

We just brought our management team to Carrabbas to celebrate a successful summer! What a way to end the season! Great service, great food and atmosphere. The team enjoyed themselves and we will definitely be back. You exceeded our expectations! Great job!!

Great staff and excellent service, never in my wildest dreams have I been so pleasantly surprised by the level of excellence by the management and staff of this restaurant. Keep up the great work.

The food is amazing, delicious and worth the price. It's not fast food so don't expect low prices. Our server/waitress was attentive, friendly and efficient. Her colleagues were just as nice as her.
The chicken was moist and tasty, the fresh pasta was cooked Al denté and the Pomodoro sauce has good.
The chocolate cake (brownie) with fresh whipped cream and chocolate sauce is delicious.

We’ve been to Carrabba’s Moncton a few times and always enjoy it. The food is delicious and the staff is always friendly. A special mention to our latest server, Alexandre, he was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive.

Took over an hour just to get a pop. Chicken was completely dry/ burnt ends and was overpowered with seasoning. Garlic mashed potatoes had a soup like texture, tasted more like a garlic milk than potato. Caesar salad dressing was watered down & made for a soggy salad. If going to advertise people being able to host double digit reservations, should have a designated server.

Delicious food, good vibes, and very well situated in Hyatt hotel dowtown right across the Avenir center. Great place to go eat and have a few drinks before a game or show!

The restaurant food was spectacular. There are a few issues that need to be addressed..very small seating set up. Booths are super small,as are tables.
Parking next door is either 18.00 for 2 hours,or find parking on street around the corner...book. restaurant should validate parking.period.
Also,and finally,there is no place to hang coats in winter,and given the space crunch,we had to put our costs on the floor under booth,so 4 of us could be semi comfortable.
HOWEVER..despite the gripes,I'd go back in a new York minute,just for food alone. Prices are fair,and food is plentiful.
