I stay at Moncton Casino about once a year with my husband, and this was the first year I was disappointed. The bathroom walls are starting to peel/bubble, and the rooms have a weird smell to them. My king size bed only had a flat sheet and no fitted sheet, which was weird. After movement I was basically sleeping on a mattress protector. The hot tub was cold. The King size suite with the balcony is my favorite even still. The staff are friendly and it is in a fairly good location. We went on a Thursday when the casino was having Rib and Wing night at the Buffet. It was pretty good.

I witnessed a very disturbing incident involving buttet manager, and client. A lady had kept a tiny amount of scraps for her dog. And I mean a tiny amount. The manager came over and accused her of stealing, and said would be stripped searched by security. No wonder the buttet was so quiet on a Saturday. Terrible customer service. Gross.
