They just renovated the indoor and it looks great, very cozy and nice. They keep updating the menu and run promotion which is good and make me keep checking what's they gonna do next. The drinks quality is great, so many choices and every drink i ordered suprised me with the taste. I definately recommend Chatime to others, a must try when you visit Moncton.

Drinks are great but they are poorly understaffed. We waited 40 minutes to order and 20 minutes for them to make our 3 drinks. There were about 3 people ahead of us when we went in. Only 2 staff members working. I'd understand if they were trying to get stuff out as quickly as possible, but they weren't. They were doing side tasks instead of actually helping customers and getting their drinks out.

Good vibe here, alot of choices for drinks. Staff are very nice and patient to explain us every single drink. We chose matcha red bean milk tea and coffee roasted milk tea with black pearls, so good. We will come back for sure. Highly recommend!!!

We went to Fredericton and decided to take a side trip to Moncton. We stopped by Chatime Moncton near NBCC. The place is super cozy, organized, and clean. It's small, but not many tea shops are that clean. The barista, Melody, was really friendly and recommended four great selections. I bought them all, and they were so creamy and delicious. The male supervisor on duty was also friendly. We'll definitely go back again.
Good taste and service. we will be back to try another flavor.

Great service but as always is out of boba (black pearl) if you come after 7pm…Never heard of such cases when was in Ontario. So sad there is no good bubble tea places around… I hope Presotea will make a good competition to the market.

Overpriced low quality product. "Smoothie" is 70% roughly ground ice. The ice pieces so thick can't sucknit through straw. Menu refers to drink as smoothie buts its more crushed ice than anything else...for $9.50. Rip off
